from a formerdcresident. i though this place was really good. i had never been here when i actually lived indc(ok, montgomery county md) but was really impressed with my recent visit. the place was pretty empty, which probably accounted in part for the quick service. but our waiter was friendly and helpful. there are so many complaints about the service that i have to assume they have some real issues at times, but not what i saw.
i thought the atomic wings were excellent. no, they werent all that spicy. but they were meaty and crispy. if you like them hotter, i am sure they had extra tabasco.
the beers were very good. so were the salads and burgers. i wouldn't go too far off the burger type foods at any of these kids of places.
i am curious about those who referred to the place as a tourist trap. really? i could see a before/after a game joint and friday happy hour for sure. but tourists wouldn't naturally fall upon this place the way they would like the hard rock.
to sum - i liked it. good burgers, wings and beer. i don't care what the rest of the menu was like.
