this restaurant was super packed when we got here, apparently there was a show in town and everybody was eating dinner at 6 pm to go to the show at 8. every table was literally taken! we ended up eating dinner at the bar just so that we could sit down. but sitting at the bar had its perks, the bar tender was super talented and creative and created this drink for us on the spot. he asked us what we were in the mood for and created this concoction. it was a mixture of strawberry lemonade and vodka. grilled chicken bltsaladwe started off with the grilled chicken bltsaladwhich had grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, red onions, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinagrette and bacon. it was alright, just okay for a salad. chicken and waffles since this was their signature dish, i ordered the fried chicken breast with tabasco-black pepper country gravy, belgian waffle, pecan butter and maple syrup. the waffle was delicious! it was sweet and

liked the new decor, but the menu is limited and offers very few healthier options. mysaladdressing tasted like pure oil and the hyped up meatloaf was nothing special. the service was good, but it's not enough to get me back in one of their seats.

still working out the kinks.... been twice, and getting better between service and food. french onion soup is good, the caesarsaladis bland, the beignets are not worth the $$, but the drinks are great. give them another month to hit their stride...

first visit. first time visit but i had to try the tater tots i'd heard so much about...they were delicious! i started with a wedgesaladthat actually had a nice tang with pickled red onions on top. my main course was the prime rib french dip with au jus and horesradish sauce....it was awesome except for the somewhat soggy bread which seems like it could be fixed with something a little more sturdy. staff was attentive and helpful. great first visit.
