cafe haven

very disappointed with cafe haven. roast potatoes tasted like rubber. toast was dry and cold. very poor choice of food for children. cheap plastic cups instead of glasses. some of the staff werefriendlyand some were rude. will not be back😞.

local coffee shop. stopped for coffee and breakfast. was hoping for a fruit and eggs option to go. no luck. so an almond rhubarb muffin will have to do. unfortunately all the almonds are on top and not one piece of rhubarb inside. staff arefriendlyand attentive while pre cooking eggs for eggs benedict ( not sure if that is a good idea) seating area is worn with mismatched furniture with the old bank vault still in tacked with a table for eight inside.

owners are rude !!!!!. i don't get why the owners of this cafe are so rude ......

i think they are husband and wife they have zero social skills awful ......

a few of their staff save them there are a couple offriendlystaff members there not many

but for the most part this place is dirty and needs a makeover badly

the furniture is falling apart the flowers on the tables are always dead

the least they could do is paint the place .....

it is going downhill

and i just can not support the couple that own the place just two of the rudest people i have ever met.....

not the same. in sherwood park we are overwhelmed with tim horton's starbucks and second cup yuk yuk and yuk
now cafe haven could make the best lattes you have ever tasted they rivaled transcend's
sadly not the case anymore the previous owners have sold and the coffee is going downhill fast !!!!
so sad maybe transcend will do us a favor and open a location in sherwood park.
because our beloved cafe haven has lots its flair and will never be the same again.
kind of like when high level diner changed owners never the same again

staff superfriendlyfood was great and coffee good as always!

food was okay... ordering at the counter is fine but perhaps it should say that on the menu instead of you sitting there for 10 minutes and wondering why none of the staff is helping you. staff were not overlyfriendlyto begin with. left a bad taste in my mouth.. unsure if we will try again.

sunday brunch. cute cafe,friendlystaff, great specialty coffee... however, i do not recommend the brunch; half of the items are 'sold out' by noon and what is left on their brunch menu, is left for a reason. would go back for coffee, but would eat prior to returning.

familyfriendlyindeed - we love going there for family dates. there are even board games to play. food, coffee and service are great.
