lovely atmosphere, food and staff. staff were very polite and kind, food was lovely and well worth the price, and the atmosphere was great with such anicesetup of the cafe with the beautiful garden. highly recommend.

came here as part of a package deal, the service is standard, while the ambience is rather nice. they served us a platter with chicken/cheese/vege panini, mini muffins, cheese scones and some pastry savouries filled with pesto. everything was delicious, i liked everything. i really liked how the scones had anicecheese crust on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

went for sunday lunch.niceplace to sit as long as the wind is not blowing too much. i had a mini breakfast which came out pretty quickly. it was made up of the usual eggs, bacon, toast, kransky, potato. very yummy and met the spot. coffee was well made hats off to the barrisata. service was great friendly staff. one good point with fresca is that it has pleny of parking and its close to town. well worth a visit.

cafe has anicesetting within or next to a garden centre.  nice place to go on a lovely sunny day.  big outdoors part where you can enjoy the sun.

staff give reasonably good service, some better than others.

i have been here twice and had egg's on toast both times!  these were both cooked well.  the other food on offer in the cabinet etc looks good.  coffee and hot chocolate both very good.

overall, pretty good, and you should go along to see if you like the place.

went for lunch today, ordered a cooked breakfast with potatoes, sausage, mushroom, poached eggs, etc lacked flair in presentation but perfect for a winters day. the coffee was not up to their usual high standard, it was a little weak today. very busy but staff coped well and served us with a smile.niceplace to sit and enjoy the setting.

went as part of a large group for a birthday lunch, food wasniceorzo salad was amazing! service was good wait staff polite and happy, setting lovely heaps of plants and art work, would recommend café fresca for a group event

one of my favourite places and very handy to the hospital. ample parking. food is great no matter whether its a panini, pasta or whatever. you can chat and linger over a cup of coffee or a wine without being hassled to hurry up. stu is a great host spending time to mix with the customers seeing everything is satisfactory. niceone stu!

meet up for a quick lunch date with a friend who worked over the road at gallagher. was very impressed by cafe fresca :)

nice sitting amongst the garden centre in the sun.

staff were super friendly -- thought it was anicegesture giving extra stamps on my friends coffee card (appreciating the local businesses around them i suppose?).

can definitely say their salmon salad is a good choice on the menu - plenty of yummy salmon & it works well.

best coffee!! always a consistent brew. great kiddies area and lovely outside dining. great for gardeners, have a walk around the garden centre while there. always has great food with anicevariety and great service too!!

reallynicefood, friendly staff and a great location in the middle of the garden centre. always busy so can sometimes take a while to get food or coffees but is worth the wait. prices are a little on the high end but the food is also very good. and great coffee too :)

on 30th june 14 ladies booked for lunch, and some of us pre-ordered our meal. we were to be there at 12.15. my friend & i arrived on time & joined a queue in order to pay for our pre-ordered meals. the queue was long and very slow. only stu was taking orders & working the till. some folk had long conversations with stu at the till. 2 ladies in front of us left & at least 4 ladies behind us left also.
my friend & i eventually got to stu & paid for our meals? why did we pre-order as we basically ordered & paid at the till.
we joined our friends & both of us waited for our meals. my coffee arrived, very good, over half an hour later my meal came. the waiter said he brought to the table earlier at 12.15 - i was in the queue!!! and then took it back to the kitchen. why did i pre-order??
my meal had obviously been in the fridge awaiting my arrival (from the queue) as the plate & bagel were now chilled. i had to ask for cutlery?
however - my chilled meal was tasty. the waiter offered me a complimentary coffee. but my friends were leaving (i had not finished eating) so of no use to me!!
there was no explanation or consideration from stu. he seemed to have alot of time to chat to some people?? to have more than 2 people queue up is bad management. to get 'pre-orders' & then expect people to order seems irrational & disrespectful??.
in spite of the waiters best intentions, good food, good coffee &nicefriends i will not be returning to this restaurant unless ordering & paying is separated from maitre d functions.
great that you are busy stu but unless you get it under control it will not last!!
