the mexican meatless burger was amazing! fries were delicious. service was fast. thisplacehas the feel of a diner.

thisplaceis delicious. the sweet chili burger with peanutbutter and sweet chili sauce is awesome. combining 2 delicious things works perfect

the name of isplacetells exactly what you'll find inside, heaven... the many different types of burgers they have are just one of the reason anybody should try this place. i have tried many of them and every single one is outstanding. you can even order one without bread, just a lettuce wrap.
i haven't tried a lot of their side dishes, except for fries and poutine. the poutine is great! i love potato wedges and if you add gravy and cheese to them, it's a dream come true.

twice disappointed. i have tried thisplacetwice and have been seriously disappointed both times. the food is barely passable at best. the potato wedges were inconsistent in size and therefore some were not cooked and some were overcooked. the second time i went i got the pouting which came looking like a bowl of gravy. i had to dig around for the fries and small bits of cheese. it was overly salty and i could not keep eating it after a while. the burger was bland and chewy. the "flan" i ordered for dessert was not flan but rather a pecan tart.

i cannot understand why people continue to go here. it isn't cheap and it isn't good. nostalgia is enough for some people i guess.

• pay street parking or limited free parking at the back
• it gets really busy here from friday onwards so be early and know what to order beforehand
• watch out for their specials that is listed on the board, all of it are amazing
• well the burgers are juicy, yummy & works well with the other condiments that goes with it
• service is not bad but again they get busy
• the local new west paper has a coupon every now and then which gives you a deal, i think its a free burger after you order your first burger with a drink (pop)

heard great things about thisplacefrom friends i decided on trying it out i ordered the buffalo feature with wedge fries and onion rings,the burger was kick ass!!! extremely juicy and very delicious.the service was all smiles i would highly recommend this place,please bring your appetite

we were looking for a lunch spot in new westminster, and i remembered that “burger heaven” had an eating challenge (i am slowly working my way through the city’s food challenges that pit your stomach against a large plate, with a limited time to finish it.) theirs was a burger stacked with beef patties, that i had originally planned to take on; so when looking for a meal today, i decided to suss out theplacebefore hand. and good thing too, as after this visit, i no longer have the will to return for anymore. it was hard for me to finish my one burger with its one patty, let alone many patties in one oversized handful.

if you are looking for a solid burger to fill your appetite, you should go to burger heaven in new west. sure, there are a lot of great burger joints out there but what makes thisplaceawesome besides its delicious burgers is its cool atmosphere and service. the walls are covered by a ton of photos of customers over the years. you can see some of the photos fading and it’s qute nostalgic, really. i often find myself just staring off into the pictures while i wait for my food to arrive. :)

first time at burger heaven. there milkshakes was very impressive. ordered bacon cheddar cheese burger with wedges. very filling. very smallplaceand felt too close to other guest. no privacy. decor needs updating. staff are friendly. had better burgers else where. it's not bad. might go back again in near future.

looking for a great burger joint. came across thisplacein new west, shakes are thick. chicken burger bit dry, but elk burger good and yummy. fries ok bit greasy. worth trying, also have lamb and buffalo burgers too.

this is one of the best gourmet burger restaurants in the lower mainland. the quality, portion, and price is what sets thisplaceapart from the rest. i've been here many times and i have never been disappointed. also the poutine is a must try because i love their potato wedges.

burger heaven yes! i eat here a couple times a month and not once had a complaint. the staff is fantastic, attentive and nice. food is always cooked properly and my order is always correct. yes i have noticed some new staff, but never a confused staff haha. i don't understand the couple bad reviews that have been posted the past couple months. i've notice the service and overall moral of the restaurant seems to be greater than ever. occasionally the kitchen music does leak into the dining area but that happens almost anywhere.

my advice to you is not to judge thisplacebased on a couple bad reviews. go try it for yourself. :)

  remember i told you guys i was craving burgers yesterday? welll, today i made the trip out to burger heaven to sastisfy that craving tehe! burger heaven is located in new west, and they're known for their specialty burgers, their thick cut fries, and their mile high burger (which consists of 10 patties stacked on top of each other)! after my food came the guy beside me looked at me and said "you sure you can finish that by yourself?" lol! guess he was pretty impressed when i did, and he told me to take a picture of my empty plate haha! note: today i'm not going to be writing my "overview" section because i'm studying for midterms lol. but after my exams are over on weds, everything will be back to normal! :) elk burger combo $16 3/5 stars   i was originally going to order their basic #1 burger, but i decided against it because i thought it would be too boring lol!! i am at aplacecalled burger heaven after all, i might as well order something weird! so i decided to get a burger off their specialty menu, their elk burger!    the burger patty was moist, and really thick haha. the sauteed mushrooms packed a ton of flavour, a myraid of sweet, salty, and savoury coming together. the cheese was perfectly melted and covered the entire patty. the bacon pieces were crispy, and not too oily (albeit really salty.) was this worth the $17 that i paid? imo, no lol. it was good, but not $17 good lol! fries fries 3.5/5 stars  salad 3/5 stars   the fries were awesome! thick cut, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, very potatoey. i ended up dipping it in the salad dressing it came with haha! the salad dressing was delish: tangy, sweet, and garlicky! i was happy that my burger came with a side of salad haha, to balance out the meat!

gravy with a candle underneath it to keep it warm = smartness! thisplaceis wick' mang!

delicious giant burgers!! saying $15 for a burger is ridiculous is ridiculous... anyplacethat you go have a burger they cost roughly the same amount. vera's is the same if not more expensive. and do they give you bottomless fries? nope. thisplacedoes. ;) i'd much rather spend $15-18 for an amazing fresh never frozen patty than go to an earls, sjp, cactus or any of those other places any day of the week.
oh and order the chocolate peanut butter shake.. you'll be addicted.
