excellent is the best word to discribe this experierance! my husband and i went there on some sugestion from friends and were not at all disapointed in our visit. from the attintive staff, the freshest salad bar, great sides and of course the incredible meat!! we went for lunch and with tip it was 50 that was a great deal for what we got! can't wait to go back!

just awesome!!!. had heard about brazilian steakhouses before, but this past week was our firt time. took my family that was here visiting, and everyone loved the experience! we were a large group and the concept made it so easy to enjoy, no ordering necessary, but we could try about everything they offer. we had meat lovers and a vegetarian on our group and everyone left happy and satisfied. everyone there made us feel so welcomed from the moment we walked in until we left. definitely a kids friendly restaurant. thank you for coming to knoxville! this might be our new family tradition for the holidays! of course my wife and i will be coming back through out the year! keep up the good work!

not again. sunday afternoon my wife and i went to try the new "concept". we were promptly seated and served. i am fan of good meat and i was excited. the problem is that there was nothing noteworthy taste wise. we tried several kinds of beef, a sausage, 2 kinds of chicken, and 2 types of lamb. out of all of that the lamb chops were the best, just not wonderful. we each had the meal and a glass of tea. with tip it was almost $70. too little for too much. we will not return.

won't go back!. arrived at 4:50, didn't start seating until 5:15, and customers coming in the door were getting seated before any of us waiting in the bar area. we had to go back to the hostess station and get their attention before being seated. had a hard time understanding most of the waiters because they either mumbled or had a strong accent. the salad bar is good, unique items, but not much offered for the price. if you like your beef cooked medium well to well, you'll be hard pressed to find it here, the very first piece i was given dripped blood all over the plate! lamb and sausage were good. then i got to the chicken, which i had no idea it was saturated in whiskey, and about choked on the first bite! not being a fan of whiskey, it was very difficult to keep from getting sick. the sirloin and pork ribs were chewy. so all in all, there weren't many of the plentiful meats that i could eat and it definitely was not worth the $32pp! very over-rated and very over-priced!!

great food, great service. very pricey!! (over $50 for lunch)...but well worth it!! the service was excellent and the side dishes...i loved the bananas and the bread! some of the meat was over-seasoned (a little too much garlic), but the sausage was delicious. this place will be on my list for return visits!

what a treat!!!!!. this will be one of our special places to eat at now. the service and food were beyond good!!!!!! i am so glad we have this new steakhouse to enjoy. we will greatly become regulars.

well been wanting to try a brazilian steakhouse fir awhile now so i took the wife to brazeiros fir her birthday the meat was fantastic i learned that i do not like lamb just nit my cup of tea but the house cut is the best tasting meat i had ever had the only negatives i have is the bananas wasn't that great to me tasted like a wad of grease an if u make a reservation plan on atleast waiting thirty minutes past you reservation time all an all great place woul eat there again

simply put...awesome can't believe knoxville has a brazillian steakhouse have paid $70 plus in orlando and atlanta and as for the comment below by ryan ..not everything needs to be scattered smothered and covered

reservations seem pointless. i have to disagree about the experience at this restaurant. i arrived with a party of five and on time for my reservation. we much anticipated the meal because the new restaurant has been talked about. after 30 minutes of waiting past the reservation i inquired with the hostess and was told we would have a table any minute. after waiting another _20_ minutes and watching two parties that arrived after us get seated i asked again and was told any minute. the staff definitely measure minutes differently than i do. maybe a party of five isn't manageable by the restaurant. parties of 6 arriving after us were seated so the extra chair must be the issue. but parties of 4 arriving after us were seated and we would have been happy to put an extra chair at a table for four - but since we weren't asked we just had to wait. i think it would be better to tell the patrons that you are full so they could plan for a different night. it seems these guys overbook the reservations for some reason, so please be prepared for a wait.

5 star restaurant!. from the salad bar (try to restrain yourself) to the cheese bread (yum), the fried polenta was my favorite side, to all the meat! wow! the picahna, sausage, sirloin, bacon wrapped filet were my favorites and i ran out of room for any more! yes it is pricey, but worth the money. meat so tender it melts in your mouth and seasoned so well, they might as well leave salt & pepper off the table! we were there early evening on a sat. & service was attentive, even tho the restaurant was filled to capacity. will definitely return.

everything is fresh. wonderful. the salad bar was simple but well stocked and everything was fresh. the fried polenta was crispy and the fried bananas were very good.. the selections of meat were extensive.the beef ribs were very tender and flavorful. i had three servings of the fillet (naughty me ;-p) give it a try.

exceeded expectations!. wow! what a cool experience in knoxville dining! a friend asked me to join him at brazeiros last night and i was so excited. i had been hearing the buzz, but had not made it there yet. we had so much fun! i had never been to a brazilian steakhouse, but will definitely be returning. i am not much of a meat eater, but even i was enticed by the festive gauchos serving enless options of succulent meats. i tried the picanha (the traditional brazilian pork) which i have to say was quite flavorful. the salad bar was definitely not the usual. it was full of high end fresh offerings like asparagus,beets and hearts of palm. my favorite was the freshly prepared potato salad with chives. the dressings were also homemade and delicious. vegetarians could easily make a meal just out of the salad bar. i hope that will be an option. for carb lovers such as myself, they kept bringing baskets of mini cheese rolls with cheese melted in the middle-heavenly!
my friend is a meat lover and was duly impressed. but what neither of us expected was the mouth watering desserts. i had a chocolate mousse caked to die for! i tried my friend's creme brulee which was equally good. the guy sitting next to use said his key lime pie was the best he has ever had. we all were stuffed, but happily took the rest of our generous servings of sugary delights home with us.
i met the restaurateur, zenzen, who was so kind and gracious as he inquired about our experience. his enthusiasm was contagious and it was obvious he is genuinely committed to customer service. zenzen introduced me to the landlord, tony cappiello, who had enticed him to bring this unique concept to knoxville. what a treat! i had seen mr. cappiello's signs around town and saw him on tv recently when he bought the lord lindsay. i can't wait to see what he does with that!! my friend and i both grew up in knoxville and are excited to see new and novel experiences on the horizon for our town. way to go guys!!

probably ok if you have never been to a brazilian steakhouse before. staff was rude, salad bar was awful and food was ok at best.

really enjoyed the experience to the point that we went twice in a week (and we never go to any restaurant more than once or twice in a month)! both evenings the food quality was excellent. whether you on vegetarian, or a carnavoire extrordinaire, brazeiros can amply accomodate either patron. i fall somewhere in the middle and like some of both. my wife is more of a carbohydrate and salad eater and she was the one that suggested we go back. i would call the salad bar gourmet. it is fresh, constantly serviced and the presentation inviting. it is more than your typical fare and has such items like hearts of palm. the selection of meats are amazing and they are cooked perfectly with superb flavor. i won't repeat what others have said but the traditional brazilian picanha is unbelievable! as i said, we went on thursday and then back on sunday evening. i could see improvement in the service in just three days. it was good the first time but better on sunday. keep in mind it only opened a week ago. the atmosphere is elegant but comfortable with lots of wood, much more open than before, and they kept the fireplace. for the quality and unending supply of food, the price is reasonable as is the wine list. best restaurant in knoxville.- i am not kidding. highly, highly recommend!!

delicious!!. this place has such amazing food. we got there for dinner a couple of minutes before it opened and we weren't the only ones. the salad bar is good, but the meats are to die for. i kept trying so many different types of meat that they slice right in front of you. i think that the house special's top sirloin was the best. the lamb chops were so good, too. they all had a lot of delicious seasonings. i don't even know how many plates of the caramelized bananas i ate. the chocolate cake was so big that i couldn't eat it all. it was really good, though. it was like mousse with chocolate cake crust. i tried the flan, too, which was pretty good. the gauchos (servers) were all really nice, attentive, and formal. i can't wait to go back to this place! it is a great experience.
