definitely my favoriteplacefor brunch in autumn.

the location, ambience and interiors are all great. the food, is absolutely lovely.

the coffee and croissant (favourite combination ever!) were the highlight of my meal. the sourdough pancakes were soft and filling; balanced with a sweet-and-sour berry compote and an extremely light and delicate honeycomb cream. the raspberry tart was cakey and yum. no complaints, really.

can't wait to try more baked treats from here.

if you want some delicious bread and pastries this is theplaceto go. you can also dine in for brunch their normal breakfast menu is alright however, it’s really the bakery goods that are best. they also make really good coffee!

delicious bread, nice looking premises and friendly staff... but a bit overrated. this is simple food done up to a decent standard. my sandwich was good but the highlight was the bread. it was actual bread! (as stupid as it sounds). had a flourless orange cake and it was ok but nothing impressive... upside is they did not overload me with sugar. if you are in the area i would recommend thisplacefor breakfast.

popped into brasserie bread for sunday breakfast. service was friendly and efficient. it was interesting seeing the bread being made on site - nice little touch. the food was delicious... special shout out for the sides that we ordered... they were very generous. the lemon, lime bitters was especially delicious... it was a special, but is deserving of aplaceon the main menu.

beautifulplacefor that area, and super friendly staff. i have tried the lamb shoulder hash and also the special of the day burger in 2 different occasions last week. food is great and they use fresh ingredients. lamb shoulder hash was a bit too oily but apart from that you couldn't fault it.

not a fan of the location of thisplace(way out in botany on a dusty road that people hoon along), but i wanted to try the pancakes. you'd never suspect thisplaceis here between industrial places and across from a tavern looking golf course. the decor is simple but functional. service was friendly and efficient.

got the sourdough pancakes with honeycomb cream and berry compote ($16.50) and they were delicious. nourishing, crisp yet light, and excellent balance of flavours - not too sweet. also got a choc caramel tart ($6) to take away - yummy and delicate filling but the pastry could be shorter (and at $6 was a bit steep). finally capped off with a fresh oj ($5) - good serving but oranges weren't that sweet and it wasn't cold (they didn't have a cold pressed option sadly).

all up really yum but not sure i'd trek down there for it again.

i’ve made it something of a tradition for me to visit brasserie bread whenever i visit the airport to pick someone up, it’s a greatplacefor a very australian brunch after getting off the plane. brasserie bread is probably the firstplacethat i specifically drove out to due to a social media post. someone posted their sourdough pancakes and they looked so good that i just had to go try them for myself. since then i’ve gone from facebook spamming to instagramming food pics to food blogging and you can probably blame brasserie bread for all of that!

sort of out in the middle of nowhere. it's actually not that far away but it's on this long stretch of road that makes me feel i'm heading to the outback. so it feels far. i don't go very often but i really should. best pancakes in sydney. they're sourdough pancakes with a berry compote and honeycomb cream. i'm huge on texture and that's why i love these. they're not light and fluffy in my book. rather, spongy and chewy. sounds odd i know, but so incredibly good. and that texture is what lures me back. no-one else does it like this!? plus it obviously tastes fantastic with just the right level of sweetness. i really want to try the banana version but i can never pass up ordering the berry pancakes. maybe one day. have also had other stuff here. their pastries are amazing. especially the almond croissant. sandwiches are pretty good too. really tasty but a little on the small/light side for me. their bread is naturally amazing and the standout in their sandwiches. not a fan of the coffee. overall, a fantastic littleplacethat can get really busy during peak hours. the pancakes alone are worth the trip out here.

morning ragu. came back here after a long break away and pretty much had exactly the same dish - the mountain bread with ragu di manzo - ie veal and pork stew with parmesan. not your typical breakfast but it's done the job and tasted great. didn't buy any of the other assorted baked goods or bread. it's a very busyplace- pretty much on opening on the weekends people stream in from all corners.

walked in here on a tuesday afternoon at about 1.30pm and theplacewas fully booked! lucky we found a table, it was the last one but it was surprisingly very busy for a tuesday. i ordered the sourdough pancakes with berry and honeycomb cream and also a coffee. service was not so good, they didn't clear the table from previous until they gave our food to us probably due to being very busy though, however they were pleasant. coffee was average, nothing special and the sourdough pancakes were presented nicely. berries were really nice and not too sweet however the honeycomb cream was a bit of a disappointment it didnt have the honeycomb taste i was expecting. the pancakes were a little tough however they were pleasant, but not as good as i had hoped and imagined.
