iloveall of their menu. this was my first time to visit this restaurant. it's looks native like our home, you can feel relax in here. i am plan to back in this restaurant.

first time dining at @balai_brunch_by_cafeplus. nice ambiance! great interiors! however, i found the lighting dim so you have to angle yourself to brighten up lol. anyway, 'bout the food i kindaflovethe presentation, coz' it has this rustic-ish feels with the plate and all but the taste? yes! it just tastes like an ordinary shawarma rice, yet the sauce made it a notch higher. needless to say, it was a fancy resto but it has an accomodating and friendly staff and since i was with good and fun company it rather compensated with the so so tasting food we have to munch on. nevertheless, still a thumbs up!

balai cafe will always be one of those cafés you’llloveto go to- for relaxation from a busy day at work, or at school. just the perfect place to unwind dor its cozy furnitures and the home vibe it provides, true to it’s name- balai.
food was great but what i can really recommend are their drinks. coffee is what they are really known first next was their roasted chicken.

this is the best restaurant/cafe/chill place i've been to in cebu. the moment we stepped in, i already knew we were in the right place. the staff were courteous and friendly. the food was great! i ordered balai plate and even though i liked it so much, i wasn't able to finish it due to the large serving. i alsolovetheir frappuccino! i ordered triple chocolate and it didn't disappoint. i especially liked that the sweetness was just right and how it complements the flavor of this drink. and since everyone loved it here, went for a second visit on our last day and i ordered bacon roll and black forest for my daily dose of coffee. as usual, i liked both and it gave me more reason tolovethis cafe. it's a true hidden gem at the heart of cebu city. now i'm never gonna miss an opportunity to visit here whenever i go to cebu. i just wish they would expand here in manila. i'd definitely be their first customer. kudos to the whole crew! keep up the good work!

food tastes great (worth the price), except for the pancakes. the red velvet pancakes were uhm, tasteless (thank goodness there was ice cream which gave flavor to it) and somewhat not soft. i was not able to finish half of it because it was...just sad (definitely not worth the price). but the creamy pesto, ice blended matcha drink, and the shawarma rice dish (i forgot the exact name but the servee said it was their best seller) were really great! i think i wouldloveto come back here (just not for the pancakes though).

for a good meal with instagrammable corners, this is the place to be!lovetheir chicken here! also the chicken skin!!! their coffee blends are okay too. worth every peso! will definitely come back again and again for this place!

brought my parents for brunch on a sunday. ilovethe ambience. it's cozy and homey. the service was also great. their brunch was amazing. i could eat breakfast food all day! the brewed coffee was good but i loved the chai latte! i will be back with some friends just to chill and hangout.

ilovethe ambiance of this place and very authentic interior design it really feels like you are in your 'balai'. the food were amazing, the staff were really nice and the coffee as well. overall it was a great experience.

such a good cafe!!! i just find this cafe so far. since ilovebreakfast foods, my boyfriend suggested this place and we went here for breakfast and the food did not disappoint me! it was indeed delicious! the drinks too!!! the staffs are so accommodating like they'll really help you for everything you need! it's a must try for everyone!

i get confused with this place. sometimes they can really impress, but sometimes i just feel like they are being lazy. at least it’s more of the former than the latter. cumin fries are good. crispy. salad is salad. not much there. i justlovetheir pan seared salmon, which you should make sure to try. the pesto sauce on it is what made it a winner. was just disappointed one time when my cousin was served reheated food that wasnt even heated long enough though. so that was disappointing... steaks are ok. drinks are average. nice, fun ambiance. they even have a function room for around 10-15 people which you can reserve. overall good despite the occasional mishaps

its our 3rd time dining at your cafe. our first and second were really great! i gave you 5 stars in google location review. its just that, this time it was disappointing. your staff forgot what we have ordered. if i wasnt able to get their attention, our orders will not be in our table right away. i know you have lots of customer in a sunday evening but please, do some checking of what the customer's order time to time.

and the most important thing is, don't mess with a 'hangry' person. sometimes, they're mean...so you should understand. 😀

we got lost when we tried to go there. hahaha but hey! its all worth the walk and sweat. the place is so cozy and spacious. there are lots of trees outside so its really relaxing. i alsolovethe ambience and its not crowded. with their menu, the prices are reasonable. the staffs are accomodating too. i will definitely go back there. p.s every corner is instagrammable! :)

ilovehow home-y and classy the location and atmosphere is at the same time. i often visit the place for coffee and work. this was the first time i came to try their chicken. and i loved every bite of it. best paired with their curry rice. will definitely be back for their unli chicken tuesdays.

ilovetheir chicken! and their avocado toast. however don’t order their drinks (flavored ones) it’s totally a waste of money, it’s way overpriced and lacks flavor by a lot.
