2,000 miles for an atomic fix ???. i knowgoodfood, i've had my share. was planning a visit to s. texas, and kept hearing about this place. had no idea where it was, but lo and behold, it was close by. when in rome, do as the romans, right? so i figured i had to try an atomic omelette w/atomic sauce (i'm not big on omelettes). i didn't regret it.
since my friend had already had a few tacos for breakfast, she wasn't eating. however, she didn't have to wait long as i devoured that whole plate, didn't leave a bite. the service wasgood(understandable, they were very busy), but the food was fantastic. well prepared, goodpresentation, delicious to the last drop of atomic sauce.
i will try to stop by on every visit to s. tejas. i came almost 2,000 miles for an atomic omelette, and i wasn't disappointed. i'm craving it right now as i go to bed. i have dinner cooked by celebrity chefs, and this place lived up to it's billing. i'm sure already one of the best breakfast joints in cc.
