excellent service, food, and decor... what more is there?. oh yea, and quite good price too. have only stopped here once, grabbing couple pizzas and some wings, and was very pleased with all... even with the kitchen missing my order, so had to wait ~15 minutes extra so the staff went out of their way to provide the food and a cola. was very impressed with the food and attention. thehermanakiwings were excellent, and the pizzas (thin crust pig w/ bbq, and a deep dished pepperoni & bacon) were likewise good. so good that when next in the area, this will be a destination,,, and will be sharing this place too with friends.

boom goes the dynamite ofhermanakiwings and deep dish pizza in my mouth . great atmosphere and a great range of craft beers both local and regional . if you like good food and a great place to watch sports you will enjoy this spot

service was attentive, and the waitress was knowledgable about the beer and food. it is an open air restaurant with outside seating too. it is in a strip mall so outside overlooks the parking lot. we enjoyed a plate of meaty wings withhermanakisauce along with some tasty beers. we would return when in the mood for some good wings.

only 2 things could make this better. first, offer a location closer to my house. second, add family seating so i can go more often.

best wings and deep dish pizza in indianapolis. thehermanakiwings are amazing. great place to watch iu games but it does get crowded. 

lunch specials are great too!

best bar food ever. seriously. thehermanakiwings are insane. the fries are ridiculous. the beer selection is mind blowing. the pizza is irresistible. the fried pickles are inspired. 10/10. see you next week.

if you are looking for bar food, this place has some pretty good options. on game days there are many tvs, so finding your team won’t be hard to do. they are known for theirhermanakiwings and chicago style pizza, neither of which we had. if these are even better than the food we had, this place is a good neighborhood gem.

i'm kind of glad about the prices.... if you're going to the ale you absolutely must try theirhermanakiwings and their bbq chicken pizza (regular crust). overall, it's pricey. a large pizza and two-pounds of wings came up to just less than $40. but my goodness. as the title said, i'm kind of glad that it's not cheap otherwise i'd eat it every day (and there goes my lady-like figure) i've tried other bbq pizza before and i've had my favourites, but this bbq chicken pizza makes everything i've tried before look terrible. hands down, the best pizza i have ever had in my entire life and i've tried it all! thehermanakiwings land themselves in the same category. a must try, and totally worth the half-an-hour drive there to pick up the order. i think i'm in love.

holy moly hermaican wings are one thing but thehermanakiwings holy crap! easily with that ranch dressing the best in town!!

i think you guys got this covered down. 2 words pizza and beer!

excellent menu, great food. this is my favorite bar in indianapolis. the first thing you should know is that there are two bars, and the easiest way for me to describe how to switch between them is to just go to the bathroom since you'll see the other side on your way.

i like the smaller, quieter tv-filled wooden atmosphere of the bar on the south end of the building. the beer selection is huge and constantly changing; i've even had dark lord here, which is one of only 4000 bottles made per year. that is a testament to their constant excellence in maintaining a great beer list.

other than the outstanding beer selection and great atmosphere, the food is really great. thehermanakiwings are a must every time i come here with buddies, and the pizza is no slouch either. once its cooled on the drive home the pizza seems a little too dense with cheese, but thats not to say it isn't great while you're there.

all-in-all i compare every bar to this place since it has such a great package: sports, quiet pub-like atmosphere, a louder alternative if you prefer that, excellent selection and a surprisingly good menu. i give it a 9/10 cause its about as good as it gets.

best wings in indy.hermanakiwings and deep dish pizza are to die for! wish they had better beer specials throughout the week, but still one of my favorite spots.
