as well as amazing (and strong!) cold drip coffee, they have a menu that's full of old favourites and exciting new breakfast items. considering it's supposed to be 30 degrees, we opted for a fruit bowl and thesalmonrush. we were told that thesalmonwas a crowd favourite and can see why! crispy hash browns topped with generous amounts of smokedsalmonand feta... could we want anything more? the fruit was also super fresh and contained honeycomb and pepita seeds for some great textures. definitely a refreshing start to a muggy day. we really enjoyed this new darlinghurst cafe and if it wasn't for dastardly work, could easily spend several hours just chilling by one of their outside tables.
