matcha pancakes topped with fairy floss 🍵🥞🌸
it is their signature dish but to be honest, my friend and i thought it wasn't that great .. the pancakes were kinda dry and the poached pear that came with it, had a weird taste to it similar to an off alcohol or something. the fruits were agoodaddition to the dish and the matcha chocolates were a nice touch.

we actually preferred the mains more and they were decent sized to fill us up. i had the pea and zucchini fritters and they were yum. even my friend who doesn't normally like fritters said it was good. i recommend coming here for the mains but not recommended for their signature matcha pancakes. "le monde" doesgoodmatcha pancakes though for anyone on the hunt for it.

a brewer’s tale is a fairy tale themed cafe in darlinghurst with a whimsical ambiance and decor that does cute and quirky brunch dishes. we had heardgoodthings about this place and finally got around to trying it. 

we couldn’t come here without trying their signature matcha hotcakes with fresh fruit, matcha chocolate, pistachios, poached pear, persian fairy floss, coconut slices and red bean. this was amazing and lived up to my expectations. the pancakes were fluffy and full of matcha flavour and went well with the tangy fruit and the sweet red bean. the fairy floss on top was definitely a sweet way to finish off the dish!

wandered here on a sunday morning. very quiet! we easily got a table .. a wobbly one though! honestly the table was on a huge slant too - so much so that my friend was worried that her bfast was going to end up on her!
thegoodwasgoodbut not as amazing as reviews had me hoping for! the portions were huge though!
i didn't rate the coffee...
a guy next to us ordered the muesli which looked so good. massive food envy...

came to this cafe for a reunion after seeing lots of pictures on instagram. great food andgoodcustomer service. the drinks are nice and food is aesthetic.

this place have been all over instagram for their esthetic looking dishes and i've been dying to try it out. it a lot smaller than i expected , right from the door i got a really warm welcome from staffs. order the most famous matcha hot cake , probably 90% for the instagram pictures and not expect big things but oh my god it taste sogoodjust like it look. fruit on the side really help with the sweetness of the matcha cake. overall it was a really nice experience and i would love to comeback someday.

this stylish, funky cafe is a wonderful spot for breakfast and lunch . the food is absolutely delicious and there is an amazing choice on the menu. highly recommend the smashed avo, it bursts with flavour. the muesli is a fresh summers dish and the salmon rush is agoodsubstitute if you do not feel like bread as it is served on hash browns. the coffee is wonderful and the service is outstanding. all in all a wonderful experience!!!

lovely & charming little cafe that i discovered on my way to work looking desperately for agoodcoffee. i now come almost everyday, quality food and reallygoodcoffee with a choice of either a single origin that changes quite often or either a blend. the wait staff is really smily and warm. it's agoodplace to spend a lazy sunday morning or any other time you want to feel like you're in a cocoon. really recommend it!

the food is great! poached eggs were gooey and perfectly done! highly recommend the salmon rush, the fritters are reallygoodtoo! i'm not really a coffee drinker so i didn't order coffee but my friend did and said their coffee is a 10/10 :)

while wandering around darlinghurst - such a sprawling suburb - one saturday morning we came across this lovely place. the name caught our eye immediately - a brewers tale - and it just looked so cute and inviting.

the bacon and egg roll - fried egg, bacon, fresh baby spinach with house-made tomato relish and aioli - arrived with the whole yolk staring back at us looking magnificent. it tasted just asgoodtoo!

a nice delightful cafe ticking all the boxes without being anything crazy.

the food wasgoodand well priced, delivered in an acceptable time frame to the table.

service was solid and welcoming.
