a good and cosy place to enjoy some authentic
tibetan food. they offer you a variety of thukpas,
dimsums, rolls. you also have an option for
desserts like brownies and coconut jelly. so we
tried spicy chicken thukpa which is for inr 215. it
was pretty decent in taste. it had a good amount of
chicken and eggs. we also tried spicy veg thukpa
which had good amount of tofu and mushrooms and priced at inr 175.
you can ask them to make it spicier as per your
taste. the flavours were quite balanced and not too
over spiced. a good place to enjoy with your friends
and have long talks. the food quality is remarkable here and the place is hygienic as well.

have been to the same place many time since it was smiley cafe. now that yeti and the monk is there, it doesn’t change the exp much. and that is for good. liked all the items so far whatever we have tasted. all the preparations are on spicier side(of course) so please confirm before ordering. will visit there again soon and will do a detailed review.

lovely food, small but cute eatery. every small thing is made with expertise. if you love pork visit on the weekends and try the pork chops. succulent, not too spicy, with some yummy sauce. their pork dumplings are also not to be missed as are their summer rolls. simply divine. this lil joint reminds one of the simple fact, that we go to restaurants for good food. if that is taken care of, you can forgive everything else! that's why, overly done up restaurants, look like they're over compensating sometimes:)

such a cozy place with some amazing food to satisfy your soul. i tried the chicken salad and the thukpa.. they were amazing! and very filling for two at such a reasonable price. they also provide packaged drinking water free of cost. what amazing service! i could not be more satisfied. the kitchen is very clean and you need to remove your footwear before entering the eatery. the siting capacity is 14 at max which will over crowd the place. the soothing tibetan music adds to the experience. loved it.

its a small cozy joint with fresh ambience and background music that gives u a feel of the actual place . 4 wheeler parking might be a little hassle but its usually available outside the premises.
we had ordered
starters
chicken steam momos - super full in size, 6 peices with the thinnest layer of flour i had till date accompanied with freshly made inhouse spicy tangy sauce not like your regular schezwan sauce
pork steam momos- as i dont eat pork , cant describe its taste in details but my friends who had it made it vanish from the plate in seconds!
chipotle chicken momos- this one is a fried version but not like your regular hard fried momos. its soft even after frying and coated with delicious flavoured mayo dressing , truely one of a kind u wont find anywhere else.

chicken noodle salad- its more like a meal as it consist of sevaiyya noodles , very fresh and finely chopped veggies and shredded chicken with flavoured non fat dressing and peanuts!

main course
though i am not much of a noodle fan but my friend insisted to try as they make fresh noodles from raw ingredients right in front of you after placing the order and that was something that truely amazed me. watching noodles made in machine right in front of your eyes

dan dan chicken noodles- noodles with a twist .freshly made noodles with peanut paste and sesame dressing tossed with yummylicious chicken kheema to perfection. someone who loves peanut taste would definately go crazy over it. however the restaurant serves this only on tuesday n thursday so you must plan your visit accordingly to taste this dish

chicken thukpa-
this was again a noodle + broth+ shreddedchicken+boiled eggslices ! i had thukpa for the first time and i really loved its taste. coming back for this

the quantity of the food is amazing , one dish can be shared in 4 people easily. you need to have good amount of time to enjoy food here as the the best part about the food is that they make it all super fresh right from chopping veggies to making noodles hence the time required to prepare food is lil extra. but as its said good things are always worth the wait!
also another great thing is that food is not only tasty, easy on the pocket along with generous quantity but also you pay for what you see on the menu card! yes , they do not levy any extra taxes cst gst service charge blah blah ! we had 3 starters , salad and 2 maincourse all in 1215 rs thats almost 300 per head approx !

to step out a daily dietary requirement of having regular items on the plate , this intimate and cozy restaurant serves tibetan meals to perfection. it focuses on personalised service and comfort dining .
me and my girls commenced our dining experience with the pork dumplings which had a soft and delicious texture which was complemented well with dalle chutney . for our main we had a spicy chicken thupka and the special pork chop which enticed our palette.
the ambience along with the hospitality of genuine customer service was extremely delightful and i shall definitely visit again 🙂

the new place which replaced smiley house is simply a new soul food spot. we thoroughly missed the old place. but the new place replaced by new cuisine gives the same warmth of soul food. lovely 🍲💜

had heard so much about this place. was a huge disappointment. we ordered pork dumplings which were really tasty but that's where it ended.

pho chicken was bland to the point of tasteless and if the dish i've had at various other places is anything to go by, and the recipe online, then this was a disaster not a norm. reading the other reviews here it seems we caught them on a bad day but that's really not our fault. no spices, no taste pho was just way too disappointing.

ema datchi was decent though the rice wasn't all that good.

add to this a waiting time of an hour plus and this is surely a place i don't think i'll ever return to. the people there seemed sweet enough but the food didn't do the place and name justice at all.

i'm so glad this place opened up after smiley house closed down. they have kept back some options and introduced some new options, and by far all of them are amazing !! the shabale, chicken thukpa and the yum pork chops - wanted to eat more food but couldn't unfortunately 😅 keep it up !

great place. good ambience. it actually gives you a tibetian vibe. food is also good. the dumplings are a bit different. datshi is delicious. quite satisfied with the main course here. although they need to work a lot on their desets. the coconut jelly was really nit upto the mark. bit weird..but otherwise, 👍🏼. that red chutney is just amazing!!!!!
