service and costumer care is just horrible!! closing time is at 11 pm on weekends and 2 times i went there on friday at 10:18pm and saturday 10:20pm the restaurant was open but they said we don't have anything to serve!!!! so the questions is why the restaurant is stay open until 11pm when they don't have enough raw material to cook and serve to customers??!!!
and for the 3rd time i went there was on saturday night at 10:15pm they said we don't serve at restaurant and it's just for taking out!!! "45 minutes before closing time" !!!
however we ordered $40chickenand fries for take out and after pay for the order we asked for hot sauce on the side and the waiter said there is a $1 charge for a little bit hot sauce if you want to take it on the side!!!
chicken quality was below average and after all i figured out the management and people who are working at this place are super unprofessional and extremely low level in dealing with customers!!!

just visited for the second time, i enjoyed the different tastes, its not your averagechickenjoint, it trys to have a bit of class, pricing is a little on the higher end.....but i think its worth it, the complaints i would have are to do with service which i found lacking in both efficient and competent work and class, service staff were quite rude and loud and frankly abnoxious, if it hadnt been for that i would have upgraded them to a 4

clean place, great presenation of food, thechickenwas not greasy or wet with oil. it was crispy and i loved the sauces they provided. overall this was a 10/10. will be back for sure.

i would have rated 3.8 if i could, but it’s close enough to 4. i enjoyed my two pieces thighs (no bones) combo with garlic soy sauce seasoning. but you can choose crispy, garlic soy sauce or spicy seasonings. french fries was also freshly made and crispy. my husband had the spicychickenas per photo, it was really really spicy, hahaha. simple and modern decor. service was friendly and pleasant.

tried wowchickenlast night. ordered a simple whole classic fried chicken, and i wasn't disappointed. crispy, good sized pieces, unfortunately a little under-seasoned. i considered sprinkling kosher salt on before eating another piece. the breading held up excellently during the 30' ride home, where almost the entire (with the exception of my wing and drummy)chickenwas gorged on by my father's wife in 2 hours without my knowledge. i'm still hot under the collar about that lol. a touch pricy at $25/bird. 4/5

service wasn't great, and there is no signage posted or at the takeout window stating prices, which is annoying. 2/5

we love wow chicken. it's probably the best friedchickenin the city. theirchickenstays juicy and crispy for hours!!!! we've tried a few different flavours so far but the og is the best!!!

while the name indicates that it is all about the chicken, i actually liked the tempura dishes the best (especially the veggies).  don't get me wrong, thechickenwas very good too.  all crispy and crunchy and juicy...

tried for the first time through skip the dishes. had the wong meal and subbed out fries for plain rice and had a balsamic salad and iced tea. great value in the meal and came exactly as i ordered it! spicy sauce was really yummy! will definitely be ordering this again.chickencake crispy even tho i got it delivered because of the way the take out box is made! smart :) thank you

staff are always attentive and polite. thechickenis well-made and delicious. personal favourites of mine are the original flavouredchickenand seasoned cheese fries! i find that the pricing is a little on the expensive side but definitely worth it once in awhile.

absolutely delicious. the crunch on thechickenis amazing, and thechickenis firm not gross and slimy like kfc. sauces add another outstanding flavour dynamic. i find it a little expensive for the size of thechickenpieces, so can’t get it all the time.

if you haven't had korean friedchickenbefore, this is a must try. i don't know what kinda sorcery it is that makes thechickentaste so good, but it's amazing. the extra spicy sauce is really spicy if you're a fan of heat, of which i am, and the other sauces are really good too. the fries are okay, but thechickenis definitely the spotlight of the meal. it is both crispy, saucy, and juicy on the inside.

delicious and crispy chicken, staff are friendly and helpful.really goodchickenand fries! better than kfc and quite possibly better than popeye's chicken. i'll come back here

ordered from this place on skipthedishes. the bulgogi seasoned fries were really tasty, and thechickenwas delicious: we ordered half plain and half sweet. all in all it was a bit expensive for the amount of food we got, but still quite delicious.

in terms of fried chicken, this place is so good.chickenis juicy. fries are coated and seasoned wonderfully. the seasoning is a bit sweet in a really good way.

after a day of work and then an evening of volunteering, i was in need of a beer and fried delights. i called l on my way home and suggested we go meet for a late dinner. he suggested i get off at the kensington lrt station and meet him at his favouritechickenjoint – wow chicken.
