mixed feelings.. this place is definitely good, don't get me wrong on that. thefoodis good and reminds me of my grandmother who made many italian dishes passed down through the family. the owner is more than attentive and takes care of any issue.
however, it is pretty expensive, especially since most of the dishes i can make at home and it tastes pretty similar. that is probably just a personal opinion being that i cook a lot of italian. the little things add up fast: appetizer, dessert, wine. specials are expensive, but looking at the ingredients they should be.
my advice: go here for special occasions and live it up. or, if you want to experience good italian food, but don't want to spend around 80-120, don't order the extras. if you go with a group, discuss how you will pay ahead of time or bring cash because it is difficult to split up things like wine that are shared and you don't want to end up paying more than your share.
great restaurant, but i will save my visits for very special occasions!!! too bad i'm poor! :)

this is the most authentic italianfoodi have had in tulsa. the owner moved here from italy (the waiter gives you the restaurant background and history) and the owner is most friendly and pleasant making sure to greet and check in with all of his guests. very nice atmosphere. and thefoodwas superb, they really know what they are doing! everything is made there in the restaurant and is so fresh, from entrees to dessert, perfect texture on the pasta and delightful, delicate flavors. we loved it and are so happy that we tried it. we can't wait to go back, writing this review is making me hungry!

delicious mother's day dinner!. it was mother's day and i was craving italian food. we were coming back home from out of town and we were tired, not to mention that our 18 month old son would be in no shape to sit through dinner. my favorite italian restaurant closed so i was looking for a new one to try and came across this gem. we called and asked if we could order ourfoodto go and pick it up. the staff was super friendly on the phone. we arrived there in 15 minutes and ourfoodwas piping hot and ready to go! we ordered 2 appetizers, one was pears with cheese and then a shrimp appetizer with avocado and pineapple. oh my goodness...it was delicious! my husband ordered the veal piccata and i ordered the chicken piccata. it was light and delicious and the pasta was amazing. my husband ordered mushroom risotto and it was delicious too, our young son kept asking for more of it. thanks to villa ravenna, i enjoyed a wonderful mother's day meal in the comfort of our own home. i couldn't have asked for a better meal. we will be coming back shortly for our anniversary and look forward to actually eating there in the restaurant. thank you, villa ravenna, now i have a favorite tulsa italian restaurant again!

excellent dinner experience. risotto and ravioli are made on premises as are many other dishes. server was completely knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant. a.nuanced was welcoming. i was surprised to find such excellent italian cuisine hidden away in south tulsa. owner and staff are dedicated to thefoodand the service. overall a unique experience. worth the $$$$.

our favorite italian in tulsa. we have had the pleasure of dining at villa ravenna for over a year. heard about from a friend and everytime we go we take a new couple -- we you love something you want to share it. thefoodand staff are polite, attentive, educated and welcoming. we have never had a bad meal. may i make suggestions......dates, boar sausage and melon/salami salad for appetizers, and beef medalions, eggplant lasagna, gnocchi, sea bass and carbonara are just a few of the many wonderful things. lastly - you can't leave without a shot of limoncello shared with limoncello cake or tiramasu. yum!!!!

the best restaurant in town for special events. i booked this restaurant for our management meeting last month and was very content with thefoodand service. the special events coordinator did an outstanding job!

i have been in villa ravenna many times thefoodis fantastic , the ambient , i love the clam pasta on tomato sauce,  the osso bucco , and i love the super tuscan wines . they have the best selection . villa ravenna was selected as tulsa world best of the world winner on the best fine dinning , best italian restaurant and best wine list, congratulation to villa ravenna we are proud of you.  fantastic job!!

had been out pokemon hunting at the farm an this place looked nice. now i was not the best dressed but clean. i got the rudest service. others were seated before us. when we were seated we waited way too long before our order was taken. then it took 30-40 minutes to receive out pasta dishes. thefoodwas excellent but not worth the attitude from this snobbish eatery
