we people in regina really want an authentic pad thai  - use quality chicken, an extra 50 cents will really make a difference

very disappointed in the quality of the pad thai. the chicken was dry and almost powdery. not great flavor and the padthailacks the authenticity of thailand. phoned them to complain and their response was "that's how we make it", not great when sharing with your guests.

my family use to always order from here, but eventually we got tired of the same old flavours. the dishes hardly ever came out the same as we had them the last time, and were very inconsistent. other than that i think they serve good and basic chinese andthaifood.

ordered padthaitoday. very boring, dry, and lifeless. i also don't know why they added big chunks of white onions, broccoli, and celery. the fresh roll was okay but the dipping sauce felt watered down. won't be coming back. pop was served in a can and no free refills.

don't go here for the ambiance, go here for the best vietthaifood in regina! every meal is 2 in 1 since the portions are more than generous.

we order vietthaisolely for take out and have enjoyed it every time. the broiled chicken noodles and spring rolls is great as well as the fresh rolls.

always my first choice. vietthaiis always my first choice for dining out, no matter the occasion. the location is a bit dingy, but who cares when the food is this good? everything i've ever had there is delicious, piping hot and full of flavour. you get mountains of food no matter what you order. given that one dish is enough for two meals, the price is extremely low.

service is fast and polite-- not always friendly, since the servers get stressed at the speeds they're going, but that's perfectly understandable. it's not a negative at all for me. i've only ever had one bad experience in the 10+ times i've gone there, and that was when the server forgot to bring my drink until the very end of the meal.

9/10, would always recommend.

best place for lunch. i've gone for lunch at vietthaihundreds of times over the years. it is always excellent and the prices are cheap. i would however recommend avoiding the pork (roll) vermicelli (the #1). it is still really good but the pork sometimes has fatty parts/strings (which some people like but i detest picking out). just go with the shredded pork, chicken, beef or extra spring rolls instead. another option is the won ton soup, best i've had in regina. please note that everyone here is vietnamese, their language skills are limited and aren't particularly good at entertaining. nothing bad but don't go here for the personal experience, the staff is not engaging at all.

let down. ordered in; when i requested no msg the man on the phone barked back "when possible". used to be one of my favorites but both my boyfriend and i have been feeling ill a day after eating the food. :( don't think i will be eating at vietthaianymore.

a good lunch. vietthaiperforms best when you stick to the commonly ordered items on the menu. the lunch menu is wonderful for this. the small selection of items are all cooked as expected, and provide a good experience.

good food, full of flavor and the bestthaifood in regina. the decor is a little dark, but that doesn't particularly matter. customer service is a bit lacking though. they interact with you at the bare minimum, which would be fine, but that means your first drink is your only one. food sometimes doesnt arrive at the same time, but it's rarely ever an issue. get the spring rolls. seriously. do it.

good food. i have visited this place number of times with my office colleagues. if you are looking for goodthaifood, vietthaiis a good place. if you are in a hurry, always order from their lunch special as it is served very quickly. but if you have time, try the items of their menu..
my favorite is padthaiwith shrimps. their servings are pretty generous as well.
will definitely visit them again.

really?. food is good, but not great like it was 3-4 years ago. i see the old owners of vietthaioccupying saigon by night now, and that place is awesome. everything i use to like at vietthaiis now at this restaurant. better food, better service, and an owner with a good personality. if you want better than average, go to viet thai, if you want great, go to saigon by night!
