an unique kind of experience for assamese food in terms of service and ambience. good food with proper ethnic touch. buffet with continuous service. 👌

a mix of assamese traditional cooking and regular indian food. the mustard sauce is definitely worth a try. bhoot jholokia with bamboo shoot will blow your mind away- literally!!! the food is really tasty though i found the paneer a bit chewy.
the only drawback for me was that it was a bit pricey considering the fact that its just rice with 7 varieties of gravy/dry side dishes.

visited the restaurant today and it's awesome!!!! all the courses from starters to desserts were not only sumptuous but also served in the most hygienic manner. the hospitable behaviour of the staff would make you visit once more. all the dishes were yum, however a special mention about chicken liver fry which was the winner . truly assamese cuisine with a fusion:-)

this is the assamese barbecue nation.
opted for lunch buffet and i was more than satisfied.
complementary "aamlokhi"juice was served.
starters consists of paneer, fish, chicken and prawns served on a coal oven.
main course consists of variable assamese food items. i specially liked the fish chutney, til chutney, kosu torkari and chicken curry.
payokh & watermelon were served for dessert.
service was fast, hospitable staffs, homely ambience.
i would recommend hostellers to try this place if you are really craving for some home made food.
i'm definitely visiting this place again.

visited the place on a friend's recommendation. wonderful hospitality, very courteous and polite staff. for starters we had chicken tikka, fish fry, paneer tikka, baby corn, shrimps heated on coal underneath our table. the best part is the "all you can eat" buffet. i really liked the chutneys specially the fish pithika and raja mirchi chutney. the chicken curry was delicious, the fish curry was ok. i ate like a pig☺

visited for lunch today .when i saw assamese cuisine with a fusion i was in confusion but wen i entered i felt so good. they serve us starters that too khati axomiya starters. and wen i took main course i was highly satisfied with the taste. the food was really very tasty with very less spice.

a perfect place to have some taste of assamese cuisines....with a fusion; that's where the bbqed starters come....they provide all sorts of assamese cuisines starting from bamboo shoot pickle, potato-brinjal mash to masor khaar, dhekia haak bhaaji. you have all of these for only 390/- in buffet. the service is also very good....their hospitality and amiable behaviour with customers is praiseworthy...ambience is also good...and also, if you get bored, you can have some good read from assamese novels from their book shelves. @aktar hussain @abhilash patowary

it's nice that they have come with a concept of assamese cuisine buffet.however, i have ordered a non veg thali from their packing menu which was not worth it.the no.of food items though were more but
it seriously lacked the taste and was cold.further,it was served on take away plates having compartments for each item.(the one we find in railways) which consisted of very small quantities of gravies which was not even sufficient for finishing the rice served along with the thali.in conclusion i would say that it may be good to have one's food in the restaurant itself.not value for money.needs serious improvisation as there are many assamese cuisine restaurants far more better.

literally, it's a fusion. buffet of assamese cuisine is a rare thing. the food was great with various assamese delicacies. ambiance is good with a homely atmosphere. a true value for money whoever likes assamese food!!

degraded quality of the buffet ...not like the initial days ..still hoping for improvement ... at first it was good and truely defined the assamese cuisine but not now-a-days .. time to improve

bbq style with buffet at a good price. the food quality is good! well dressed waiters, no paper bills which is a very nice initiate. overall a good experience 👍🏻a must try for people who love to eat :)

what a lovely place, lovely hospitality and a great place for amazing assamese food. before eating in uruka, had read a review that said it is an assamese bbq nation, and i totally agree to that...

asssamese version of barbecue nation...live grill n all....and den buffet....but rate is very readonable foods .....tasty food at reasonavle price
