very pathetic support staff tried calling them for 45 min lijo and madhur yadav also the main reception but no one had a courtesy to receive the call and inform anything to a customer

it was a horrible experience. i haven't had this kind of food in my last 3 years of bangalore experience. i definitely not recommend this place to go

they take lot of time to confirm the order thru menu app. too many mosquitoes - never take outdoor tables!!!

food was good.
the service not so good, we went for lunch at 1pm and they didn't open the a/c section, at the reception they told they will open the air conditioner area only in the evening. we had hot food in hot afternoon weather. not happy.
when we asked politely we don't want to pay the service charge, the manager was very rude.

prakash served us and we had a great experience. the food was excellent. specially loved the brews and the cocktails-whisky sour and bramble. lovely and airy ambience.

had called ahead to check and were told all day breakfast is available, when we came here waiters and managers were arguing that it isn't.
beers were light/not very flavorful. have had much better beer at other breweries in bangalore.
food was okay. dessert was okay.
service was very meh. haldar was good and got things done but other waiters we spoke to didn't know what was going on.
we were here on a tuesday morning when it was relatively empty, but still dealt with slow service, wrong menu representation, and a horribly hot seating area.

the ambience is good,there is valet parking.
good place to go with group of friends/family.
food was too salty and no other taste,they need to improve the quality of food,make it a bit spicy ,food was really bland specially the starters veg and non veg. not worth the money.
service is quite slow ,needs to be improved.
