it was greatexperiencewith uru, the menu had wide variety of crafted beers and scrumptious delicacies. warm hospitality and well trained staff, our server for the dinner was kasinath who was very attentive to our requests.

so visited this place today and theexperiencewas not at all good ... first of all the the service was very slow and the food was a bad... we ordered onion rings which supposed to be crunchy but it was so soggy that we literally ate it like bread.then we order butter garlic prawns in which i think they forgot to add salt. and the most important this is the portion size... i mean for one starter they they are charging around 400 to 500 so we expect a good amount of food. first of all we thought that okay the shrimp might be expensive where they have only given five pieces of france then we have ordered pork ribs around 495 or something in which they give only two ribs i mean seriously? this is my message to the management of uru "if you guys are charging 400 to 500 for a starter then at least give a reason amount of portion for two people to have it is not at all right for you guys to charge 500 for the started and give literally two pieces for trips or five pieces of prawns".

had the most patheticexperiencethis evening in bangalore/ j.p nagar. 100% would not recommend. pathetic service and rudest staff i’ve ever come across. we waited for over an hour, they then took us to a table where water was leaking from the canopy. the staff then had the audacity to be rude and dismissive. people who came after us were then seated inside because they were a party of 10 and we 7. the most disgusting staff these rude women waltzing around with walk-i e talkies like they’re doing you a favour. finally after waiting for over an hour we left and went elsewhere!

saddam was very supportive especially when we were finding it tough to follow up on orders placed through the qr code kept on dining tables.. thanks to him, ourexperiencedid not get spoilt

visited uru last evening and i must say, it was not the best experience. the chicken ghee roast had a very stale taste and a horrible after taste. we ordered onion rings, and in that only few were cooked properly and the others were barely cooked. you could taste the raw batter. hunan chicken was good, schezwan fried rice tasted good but it wasn’t even hot/warm. the staff were helpful and kind but overall, it was an averageexperienceas the food was really bad. i would definitely not recommend it.

even though its understandable that the rush is high on a weekend and a lot has to be taken care of but the service was absolutely terrible and a task as simple as having a glass of water was a tedious and time taking process. love the place and was there with friends this time around but theexperiencewas hampered. please consider accordingly if you dont want to ruin the mood on your weekend

food was top notch, the service can be better. all in all goodexperienceconsidering i had 2 kids alongwith me

amazing chicken tikka and the melon ball is just delicious. the service that we receive from sonya who's one of the staff here was great. she was absolutely polite and wonderful. theexperiencehere was great.
