they claim to be the first pet friendly restaurant in a park but they don't allow pets on weekends. as if the pets are taking up chairs to sit. and to top it off they have this mentioned absolutely nowhere until you reach the venue. even if you wish to be proactive and call them before driving there, they won't receive any of your calls. i waited for 30 mins for them to receive my call but they didn't respond. looking at all their social network websites anyone would feel that they are pet lovers but they won't even allow you to enter the parking if you have a pet. such is their attitude towards customers with pets. also if it rains(which in bangalore it might anytime) you won't be able to visit on weekdays also because they won't allow indoor seating with furbabies. highly overrated place. much disappointing experience. we drove 90 mins just to choose some otherplaceto spend our sunday evening. they didn't even make one time exception considering the situation. too bad...

dead flies everywhere. some of it fell on the food as well. booked a reservation for the acplaceand they said we don't have any tables left because some people walked in and took our seats

food was too salty and no other taste,they need to improve the quality of food,make it a bit spicy ,food was really bland specially the starters veg and non veg. not worth the money.
service is quite slow ,needs to be improved.

every time i go to uru, i am delighted by the ambience, food and warm behaviour of the staff. i especially thank xavier who always welcomes with a smile and is kind and helpful. food is awesome and there is so much variety even in vegetarian. it is a comfortplacefor me.

so visited thisplacetoday and the experience was not at all good ... first of all the the service was very slow and the food was a bad... we ordered onion rings which supposed to be crunchy but it was so soggy that we literally ate it like bread.then we order butter garlic prawns in which i think they forgot to add salt. and the most important this is the portion size... i mean for one starter they they are charging around 400 to 500 so we expect a good amount of food. first of all we thought that okay the shrimp might be expensive where they have only given five pieces of france then we have ordered pork ribs around 495 or something in which they give only two ribs i mean seriously? this is my message to the management of uru "if you guys are charging 400 to 500 for a starter then at least give a reason amount of portion for two people to have it is not at all right for you guys to charge 500 for the started and give literally two pieces for trips or five pieces of prawns".

first of all, nobody to help you seated and you have to just roam around asking every staff member forplaceto be seated. second of all theplaceis full of houseflies. thirdly the food ordered does not meet your expectations ( we ordered a greek salad, and none of the required ingredients were present in it ). fourthly, theplacewas very hot, suitable for either evening and or winter afternoons. last but not least, staff does not care what your concern or complaint is. totally waste of money and especially time
