loved the bloody mary made here 🥰🥰🥰the service is really good thanks to mr soumen mondal we had a really good time and thestaffare helpful and friendly it’s a must visit place and you definitely need to try the special beer cocktails 🍸

have declined the status in recent times. overrated place. not worth a try.staffand management was not coperative. we booked for 7:30pm from zomato, still we had to wait for 20 minutes. go at your own risk.

first of all, nobody to help you seated and you have to just roam around asking everystaffmember for place to be seated. second of all the place is full of houseflies. thirdly the food ordered does not meet your expectations ( we ordered a greek salad, and none of the required ingredients were present in it ). fourthly, the place was very hot, suitable for either evening and or winter afternoons. last but not least,staffdoes not care what your concern or complaint is. totally waste of money and especially time

had the most pathetic experience this evening in bangalore/ j.p nagar. 100% would not recommend. pathetic service and rudeststaffi’ve ever come across. we waited for over an hour, they then took us to a table where water was leaking from the canopy. thestaffthen had the audacity to be rude and dismissive. people who came after us were then seated inside because they were a party of 10 and we 7. the most disgustingstaffthese rude women waltzing around with walk-i e talkies like they’re doing you a favour. finally after waiting for over an hour we left and went elsewhere!

everything about this place is just amazing. the ambience, the food, the service, everything is top-notch. great help from thestaffwho make sure you get a table even on busiest of weekends, particularly xavier, who is sweet enough to treat us with utmost hospitality, every-time we visit. they have a really nice range of cocktails and desserts! uru is a vibe in itself! 🍻

it was a great day at uru today. great ambiance, awesome food and cocktails, especially the pizza's and the beers were too good. staffs are very friendly even when the place was so crowded thestaffmanaged it really well. thanks to the team. you guys are in my top favourites list now.

visited uru last evening and i must say, it was not the best experience. the chicken ghee roast had a very stale taste and a horrible after taste. we ordered onion rings, and in that only few were cooked properly and the others were barely cooked. you could taste the raw batter. hunan chicken was good, schezwan fried rice tasted good but it wasn’t even hot/warm. thestaffwere helpful and kind but overall, it was an average experience as the food was really bad. i would definitely not recommend it.

good ambience, friendlystaff(thumbs up to mr padmalochan who took care of our requests) :) wide variety on the menu, starters were good.
