new favorite. our first visit. found tonto bar & grill on the list for arizona restaurant week. what a great place!. pretty grounds and nice southwest ambience. we selelcted from the specialmenufor restaurant week. our server, tanya was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. our starters were the beet salad and the arugula/brie salad. both generous, well composed with house made dressings. we both selected the pork schnitzel entree with german potato salad and green beans and carrots. it was fabulous! gorgeous presentation and very delicious. desserts were the grapefruit cake and a warm chocolate buttermilk cake with chocolate ganache sauce and pecan ice cream. we were so happy and so full. we'll be stopping back this summer, themenulooked really good and the special sounded delicious. a+.
