we'll be right back or steak in the microwave. ordered the $30 filet medium rare and it came our raw. manager was kind enough to send it back to be microwaved to a nice but not edible medium well (steve must think i am a vegetarian). our guests didn't get what they exactly ordered either. oh did i mentioned the watered down drinks? all in all i would have rather have ate at ryan steakhouse (never been there but i think i need to try it). spend your hard earned money elsewhere or just buy a bottled beer - they cannot screw that up?

waited at the bar for 10 minutes, not a single server even acknowledged us. can't say i'd the food is good bit the service is awful you can find much better on the island

green fried tomatoes app. was ice cold. it would be easy to make from scratch but not here.waitress was really nice.

we had a great experience top to bottom. the spicy calamari was great and not your ordinary appetizer. fish and chips was great- generous portion of each. the soup sandwich and side plate with shrimp salad crab soup and fruit was great. recommend even though i normally don't enjoy most of these "tourist trap" type joints.

great outdoor simple lunch food. it wasn't the best fish and chips in town and the hush puppies were weird and sweet flavor but the atmosphere was good.

the food was excellent and the service was quite good. we got there at 4:15 and no wait, but by 5:00 there was already an hour wait. get there early!

it's a must go if you are on the island. good food, not the best, but the atmosphere is wonderful! always some great entertainment.

my expectations were very low of the salty dog. i wasn't sure if they were a t-shirt or an actual restaurant. much to surprise and delight... the food was really good! actual fresh seafood - great oysters, snow crab, shockingly good fisherman's pasta. the sides were more edible than most hhi seafood joints. thumbs up!

last year was really good food with hospitality to boot. this year a whole new crop of college kids, higher prices, no taste, and service was terrible. save the trip for a local diner or dive. 52 dollars for 2 burgers chips and a mahi mahi sandwich. maybe you will get lucky if you want to try it. overpriced and unrefined with no offer to make amends there are a bunch of rich, wanna be rich rude people here last trip.

the shrimp were tender and tasted fresh and the dressing had lots of flavor. it was what i needed after having a fair amount of fried stuff. hubby had the shrimp toast appetizer ($7.99), which was not bad as well.

we were surprised we liked it so much. we mostly stopped there to humor out daughter and had low expectations about the quality of the food. the shrimp and grits were outstanding as was the seafood pasta. our server seemed very distracted, but overall; it was a good experience.

great place to go! crab legs are top! food is great! service is helpful and quick! a very beach atmosphere! one of the best places to eat in hilton head!

fried flounder sandwich had a dry kaiser roll, but the fish was good. the hush puppies were sweet and lacking a savory flavor
