super food, extremely quick service, decent value. sordfish,shrimpand grits were awesome. our waitress maggie was a riot.

we brought the family here for dinner and were a bit underwhelmed at the quality of the food for the price. the blackened scallops andshrimpwere a bit soggy with little seasoning. the best part of our meal was the basket of hushpuppies we ordered as an appetizer.

the food was very good. loved the she crab soup andshrimpsalad. great place to eat on the water. everyone in our party enjoyed their food.

great late lunch!. after checking the menus we decided to get there in time for a late lunch (lunch menu until 4:00). prices are a little cheaper and variety still about the same (minus steaks on the menu). we were a party of 6 with 2 children, the kids had requested to sit outside, but before we ordered we decided it was too hot, and they accommodated us easily by letting us move inside. we ordered an appetizer of jakesshrimptoast and it was delicious! meals were the friedshrimpbasket, fish and chips, and the big boss sandwich.shrimpand fish were excellent, the bbq sandwich was good, but dry so my husband asked for extra sauce and then it was perfect. we followed up with a piece of the key lime pie and it was fresh and delicious. the area is very pretty with the boat docks and little village built around it. it was one of our favorite stops on this trip. not a fancy meal, but great food and service, that time of day. by the time we were leaving dinner rush was coming in and there was a wait. if you like casual restaurants the likes of pineapple willy's, maragaritaville, etc...you won't be disappointed.

we had a great experience top to bottom. the spicy calamari was great and not your ordinary appetizer. fish and chips was great- generous portion of each. the soup sandwich and side plate withshrimpsalad crab soup and fruit was great. recommend even though i normally don't enjoy most of these "tourist trap" type joints.

theshrimpwere tender and tasted fresh and the dressing had lots of flavor. it was what i needed after having a fair amount of fried stuff. hubby had theshrimptoast appetizer ($7.99), which was not bad as well.

we were surprised we liked it so much. we mostly stopped there to humor out daughter and had low expectations about the quality of the food. theshrimpand grits were outstanding as was the seafood pasta. our server seemed very distracted, but overall; it was a good experience.

the beautiful water view is hard to resist and the coronas, honestly, are just right. one stand-out was not even remotely gourmet, but still tasty:shrimptoast.

it was a bit expensive but given the spectacular view, the tasty food and the pleasant service, i thought it was worth it. we especially enjoyed the peel your ownshrimpcocktail and the catch of the day ( mahi mahi ) sandwich.

good food, good service!. we all ateshrimpor fish.shrimpsalad on pretzel bread is great,shrimppo'boy as well. fresh fish of the day sandwich was amazing. and you can never go wrong with fish and chips! only part of the meal that wasn't amazing was the coleslaw, but you are so satisfied with the rest, it doesn't really matter. service was impeccable. never waited, staff was friendly and helpful.

just chill. great place to enjoy a cold beer and the atmosphere. fine dining it isn't - steer away from theshrimptoast. we were there recently for their cajun "festival" which was fun, the crawfish yummy. fun place!
