pros: cool ambiance.

cons:
1. the menu given to us was somehow incomplete, with copies and copies of the same pages over and over again but missing somethings that we wanted to check like pizza;
2. in the menu they mention the pasta using italian sauce. if you do a blind test with jollibee sweet spaghetti you're gonna have a hardtimeguessing;
3. half of our order was forgotten or not noted, making us lose almost 2 hours;
4. two wine cups were put on our table while the waiter were saying sorry, that there was a long line in the kitchen and that for the second half of the meal we still were going to have 15 minutes. we imagined the cups were a compliment or something for the mess. when i asked what were the cups for they removed, was for another table.
5. a waiter came to our table with a slice of cake, again we thought they were going to make up for the trouble. when she saw our doubt face she asked another waiter. was for another table.

summing up, you can have more for less in other places in it park and go to pyramid for an instagram picture.
hopefully this bad experience is due to the recent soft opening and they will improve.

initially went to the place out of curiosity. the pyramid boost with so much style and sophistication in terms of their interior and exterior architectural design. we decided to try our their french macarons since it's really affordable at p35 each and an additional chocolate mousse. man! the macarons were really good! i wanted to try all of the available flavors. take note of their pistachio flavored macarons bec it's one of the best. chocolate mousse was good. there's nothing extraordinary in it's taste but i find it good. i was able to try the 3 cheese with truffle oil and it's another tasty option. so far, i like what i have tried and i'm sure their entre's are also delish. looking forward for my next visit, thistimei'll have more from their menu. do not stereotype the pyramid as just a wine bar because they have quite an option from their menu.

the pyramid restaurant is what i was itching about to visit, when i first saw it's preview, i kept on following posts and keep myself posted about their opening. then finally, i saw some blogs and instagram posts of this awesome-like place. my man and i went there yesterday, we stayed there from 5- 7pm and it was spectacular dining area. good for dating moments, cozy place to stay, if you are so stress from work, just grab some of their sweets that would definitely gave you a good taste. we ordered romana (ramona) pizza which is their new menu because they were at the soft opening circumstance so they would offer new menu so we tried it paired with chocolate mousse and panna cotta. my goodness! those were so delectable and the mixes of sweets and spicyness from the pizza just linger on. i so loved it though with creamy frappe latte drinks which is also a new variety. actually the whole place satisfy my mood and i feel like i am in another country. aweee!  after dining, we took all thetimetour the whole place and it was so lovely and if you want to have a barkada night out, the pyramid is a good place to be. last night, there were bunch of kiddos who celebrated bday there and they were really had a great time. so cute.  to foodhoppies, please try to visit the pyramid and you'll love it just be reminded that it's still a soft opening. there might be some situations that you might feel unsatisfied or whatsoever but make sure when you go there, you are hungry and i tell you, you're going to love their foods. enjoy!

was here yesterday together w/ my teammates. the place is gloomy, had stinky smell ( not sure if it was from the kitchen or the  cr ) and flies flying all over the indoor dining area. the foods were not as good compared to the lasttimewe were here ( dec 2018 ). there were many staffs on shift but most of them i noticed were just staying at the cashier's area. everytimewe need something, we had to stand up to get their attention.

we also inquired about getting a table upstairs, but need to spend at least p5,000 to be able to stay there. just not worth it.

of course getting there was awesome! seeing the unique architectural features will impress the majority, and it did impress me.

we were ushered to our seats and immediately i wanted to take a tour with my friend. i could not contain my excitement as i clicked away and tried to capture the angles and unique light display of the place to the embarrassment of my dear friend.

then we went back to our seats and glanced at our food choices for the night. of . my first choice was aglio olio, of course... "not available, ma'am". okay, the crispy pata... "not available ma'am" much to our great disappointment, this cycle went on and on. slowly the ambiance darkened. the white walls and sparkly lights somehow lost their luster.

please improve on this, pyramid. maybe create smaller menus for what is available for the night so diners are not left with their absolute last choice. the food was good though, but the service was not. thankfully, though it was slooow, the servers were nice and amiable.

the words that tom colicchio once said in top chef that diners return mostly because of a good experience echoed true through my mind. good food can never make up for bad service.

to add an exclamation point to this pyramid experience, when it wastimeto leave, we saw crispy pata being brought to the table next to us.

good food, price was just right, proportions are quite big for 1 person but the rodents?? man, that killed the "romantic vibe", hearing rats on the second floor was really bad and goes to show that the restaurant was not well maintained. cleanliness is my number 1 issue here. it was my firsttimeto dine here and i don't think will dine here ever again.

- the place is beautiful , in fact there are a lot of people making it as their photo background esp at night
- the food is delicious
- the waitingtimeis too long, the supervisor said it will be served after 20 mins but the food was served almost an hour

we ate dinner here on new year's eve. the facade is so unique, because it's nontraditional; it's a pyramid!

although the "new" waiter gave us the wrong pasta (carbonara), the restaurant replaced it with the correct one (seafood marinara) and get this... they did not let us pay, even though we unintentionally ate a portion of the carbonara already. everyone was so hungry and by thetimewe realized it was the "wrong pasta", it was almost too late. lol.

as i was about to rate the pyramid. i checked the ratings of their restaurant because i was curious how the other customers rated them. i was not surprised some people rated 2 and some 3. they deserve to be rated at that number. here’s my experience. this is actually my firsttimeto eat here. when we entered at the restaurant, the staffs (it was a woman and a man) gave us a grumpy look and they didn’t even smile at all. i just ignored it, but that was strike one. we looked for a table for 5 and it was a busy sunday night so there were a lot of people, so the available tables were on dark areas with tiny lighting only ( we need lighting for picture purposes and so that we can see the food clearly). they only have 1 available table near the ac so we took it. we asked the waitress to have us transferred if there are any other available seats when a customer leaves. we realized that the tables upstairs were available so we asked the waiter if we can transfer upstairs and he said no because it is all full (maybe from reservations) but i was just surprised wow all the tables were really reserved upstairs? but i didn’t mind, thats strike 2. we already ordered our food then we asked the waiter to split the carbonara into two plates because they had a big serving of the pasta. he said they cant split it into two plates. my friend was pissed because this is not her firsttimeeating at the pyramid and they usually split the pasta into two serving everytime they order a carbonara. thats strike 3. everytime we ask for a refill of service water they say “wait lng sir ha” then they come back around like 5 minutes just for a service water. i was really upset. the way they treat us or the way they give us a that grumpy look. most especially to that one waiter who was laughing when my gay friend was taking selfies. i asked my cousin because she was invited here for the opening of the pyramid she told me she was not happy of the food and the staffs attitude. strike 4, the food was not so good and their ribs were all bones haha i’m really disappointed.

been here 3 times. our first and second visit was okay but when we went here for the 3rdtimeit was really disappointing. we ordered their double trouble burger . we waited for more than 20 mins then they served the burger freezing cold !! we asked for them to heat it, took 10 mins but when they served it again nothing changed ! we were really disappointed . did eat the fries though then left after

the atmosphere here is great. it’s good for dates and having some greattimewith your friends. i came here with my college friends and we had a greattimewith good selection of wine and their cheese pizza is really goooood! the price is $$ and i think sitting outside is better than inside. provided, it’s a good weather outside.

however, parking here is a nightmare so prepare to park 10mins away from this restaurant. even if you come early, their parking is always full!

breakfast might not be the besttimeto visit here as we didnt find the food choices to be that good as the hype suggests. almost half of the food we'd chosen from the menu was not available as well. and it was difficult to call for assistance as some staff were busy with their morning chores. might change the rating after a couple more visits at a differenttimeof the day.

the service seriously has to improve though. been here three times to give the place a chance but unfortunately service was still the same, slow.

don't go here if you are very hungry because the waitingtimewill range from 30 minutes to an hour depending on how many customers they have. thetimewon't matter if you are chatting away thetimewith friends. otherwise, you have to be very patient.

food is reasonably priced and is a hit or miss. we had salmon on the 2nd try, it was a bit dry but the salmon on the third try was cooked right. the kimchi burger was so-so. their sisig is good.

the place also has cr issues. one cr for male and one for female. the line tends to get longer if there are a lot of people. their cr has water and cleanliness issues. water is barely running which is the cause for the cr to stink because the toilet can't be flushed properly.

the place was strikingly attractive from afar, the design resembling that of the entrance to the louvre in paris. well i guess that's where they copied the design from anyway. it was previously raining that night, and the aircondition inside felt so cold so we chose a table outside. good thing they've already wiped the chairs dry, and it didn't rain again.

i am a fan of late night hangout spots, if even for coffee, so i love it that they close at 3am. we ordered just dessert. the lava cake is a small portion but it tasted yummy. i love that warm oozing chocolate once you cut the cake, so yummy! the portion was good only for one person with a hearty appetite and a tooth for sweets. the coffee was just fine, and you have to ask the waitress for a sugar syrup.. i would have appreciated it if they'd have anticipated it and gave it the sametimethey served their coffee.

service was slow and staff weren't that friendly and attentive -- we'd have to ask many times for our bill before they finally gave it, and you'd have to call them out or raise your arms a lot of times before any one of them sees you.

bit of a disappointment. the food was expensive for its taste. i went there during the soft openning, still going back nexttimeto see if they've improved
