the pyramid...they have amazing and delicious cuisines like fried chicken and i love there desserts too like brownies i love it. the services is so nice and accommodating...keep up thegoodservice pyramid.

the pyramid restaurant is what i was itching about to visit, when i first saw it's preview, i kept on following posts and keep myself posted about their opening. then finally, i saw some blogs and instagram posts of this awesome-like place. my man and i went there yesterday, we stayed there from 5- 7pm and it was spectacular dining area.goodfor dating moments, cozy place to stay, if you are so stress from work, just grab some of their sweets that would definitely gave you agoodtaste. we ordered romana (ramona) pizza which is their new menu because they were at the soft opening circumstance so they would offer new menu so we tried it paired with chocolate mousse and panna cotta. my goodness! those were so delectable and the mixes of sweets and spicyness from the pizza just linger on. i so loved it though with creamy frappe latte drinks which is also a new variety. actually the whole place satisfy my mood and i feel like i am in another country. aweee!  after dining, we took all the time tour the whole place and it was so lovely and if you want to have a barkada night out, the pyramid is agoodplace to be. last night, there were bunch of kiddos who celebrated bday there and they were really had a great time. so cute.  to foodhoppies, please try to visit the pyramid and you'll love it just be reminded that it's still a soft opening. there might be some situations that you might feel unsatisfied or whatsoever but make sure when you go there, you are hungry and i tell you, you're going to love their foods. enjoy!

was here yesterday together w/ my teammates. the place is gloomy, had stinky smell ( not sure if it was from the kitchen or the  cr ) and flies flying all over the indoor dining area. the foods were not asgoodcompared to the last time we were here ( dec 2018 ). there were many staffs on shift but most of them i noticed were just staying at the cashier's area. every time we need something, we had to stand up to get their attention.

we also inquired about getting a table upstairs, but need to spend at least p5,000 to be able to stay there. just not worth it.

from the outside, the pyramid really looks expensive. but i was surprised to find that their food is not as expensive as the ambiance of the place might make you think. the food was reallygoodtoo and the bill was not so bad. i could even say the prices are affordable. their sisig is a must try!

affordable, accessible,goodfor team meetings, barkada hangouts. tried chicken and pizza, will recommend. and wine. so legit. a contender indeed.

three of us ate there on a busy friday night.  the waiter apologized for slow service before we ordered.  the menu was on copy paper and they did not offer the complete menu as they had only been open 2 weeks.  my pasta came after 10 minutes.  the pizza for my friends came about 35 minutes later.  i sent the pasta back for new.  not bad pasta.  my friends said the pizza was notgoodand it didn't look good.
there was 1 annoying song (thumping noise that sounded more like repetitive machinery) playing the 2 hours we were there.  i was told easier listening music was suggested to the owner but he likes that music, so we would have to endure it.  i have walked by there several times since and the same song is playing over and over.
this place has potential if they can serve the food more quickly and serve all people at the table at once instead of piecemeal.  the prices are surprisingly reasonable.  they definitely need to change the annoying sound coming out of their speakers and turn the volume down.  the echo inside the building makes conversation a bit difficult but not impossible.  i wish them well.  the pyramid is a unique building.

of course getting there was awesome! seeing the unique architectural features will impress the majority, and it did impress me.

we were ushered to our seats and immediately i wanted to take a tour with my friend. i could not contain my excitement as i clicked away and tried to capture the angles and unique light display of the place to the embarrassment of my dear friend.

then we went back to our seats and glanced at our food choices for the night. of . my first choice was aglio olio, of course... "not available, ma'am". okay, the crispy pata... "not available ma'am" much to our great disappointment, this cycle went on and on. slowly the ambiance darkened. the white walls and sparkly lights somehow lost their luster.

please improve on this, pyramid. maybe create smaller menus for what is available for the night so diners are not left with their absolute last choice. the food wasgoodthough, but the service was not. thankfully, though it was slooow, the servers were nice and amiable.

the words that tom colicchio once said in top chef that diners return mostly because of agoodexperience echoed true through my mind.goodfood can never make up for bad service.

to add an exclamation point to this pyramid experience, when it was time to leave, we saw crispy pata being brought to the table next to us.

i love their food especially their pizza!goodambiance with delicious food! surely will make you come back and eat here again! the staff is also friendly and they serve fast.

as i was about to rate the pyramid. i checked the ratings of their restaurant because i was curious how the other customers rated them. i was not surprised some people rated 2 and some 3. they deserve to be rated at that number. here’s my experience. this is actually my first time to eat here. when we entered at the restaurant, the staffs (it was a woman and a man) gave us a grumpy look and they didn’t even smile at all. i just ignored it, but that was strike one. we looked for a table for 5 and it was a busy sunday night so there were a lot of people, so the available tables were on dark areas with tiny lighting only ( we need lighting for picture purposes and so that we can see the food clearly). they only have 1 available table near the ac so we took it. we asked the waitress to have us transferred if there are any other available seats when a customer leaves. we realized that the tables upstairs were available so we asked the waiter if we can transfer upstairs and he said no because it is all full (maybe from reservations) but i was just surprised wow all the tables were really reserved upstairs? but i didn’t mind, thats strike 2. we already ordered our food then we asked the waiter to split the carbonara into two plates because they had a big serving of the pasta. he said they cant split it into two plates. my friend was pissed because this is not her first time eating at the pyramid and they usually split the pasta into two serving everytime they order a carbonara. thats strike 3. everytime we ask for a refill of service water they say “wait lng sir ha” then they come back around like 5 minutes just for a service water. i was really upset. the way they treat us or the way they give us a that grumpy look. most especially to that one waiter who was laughing when my gay friend was taking selfies. i asked my cousin because she was invited here for the opening of the pyramid she told me she was not happy of the food and the staffs attitude. strike 4, the food was not sogoodand their ribs were all bones haha i’m really disappointed.

enjoyed our dinner.goodfood,goodplace. the place is fit for dinner date. but it would be much more perfect if the other customers are not too noisy. i think it’s the building design that makes the noise more annoying.

ambience is modern and artistic. clean and kempt.
food came out really fast. service is excellent. now for the most significant part of the review:
"the food"
i ordered cesar salad, sweet&spicy chicken wings, pork kawali, seafood marinara and for the drinks oreo milkshake and berry affair.
cesar salad- lettuce is crispy, not too soaked in dressing. the cesar dressing is well balanced in flavor, it has adequate parmesan cheese. compliments well with bacon bits and crispy croutons. i rate this 10/10. this is a simple salad but it will hit your palate splendidly!
next, the chicken wings. the thing that i like about them is they didn't use the word "buffalo" for their chicken wings unlike other restaurants here in the philippines who pretentiously use "buffalo" to name their chicken wings but actually don't know the meaning of how a "buffalo" should actually taste. the chicken wings taste fine. not overcooked. sauce is not intense. it has no acidity and spicyness which is fine coz they are not claiming it to be "buffalo". its simply chicken wings of their own signature flavor. pork kawali- is so tender, it melts in your mouth like butter and is very delicious. texture is perfect and skin crispy.
i rate it as 9/10. the milkshakes were excellent. creamy and not too sweet. very comforting. seafood marinara- pasta was fresh, al dente,
not overcooked and the marinara sauce was well balanced, perfect for a bottle of wine.
mucho gusto! overall, this is a place where u can enjoygoodfood! i will be eating here often!

had to come back for a second visit because their drinks keep upgrading and their menu is definitely picture perfect. actually, the whole place is and everyone knows that. a unique attraction of cebu.
a bragging right because service and food isgoodtoo. no question to ambience.

if you are still on a parisian mood, we are introducing a new restaurant that exudes just that.

the pyramid is iconic because its design is patterned after the french architecture, the louvre pyramid.

this place is not just pretty and perfect for your instagram feed but it also offers a wide variety of food: filipino, american, korean. it claims to be "elegantly affordable" and we can attest to that as food and drinks offering only costs around p35 to p1,200. some meals are alsogoodfor sharing.


we heard that the pyramid isgoodwith desserts and so we ordered rainbow cake (p160 per slice) and french macaroons (p35 per piece).

the eatventurers

my family ate here last night around 10 pm to celebrate my mom's birthday and we were really starving. their service was sooo bad and we were so pissed. luckily, the first batch of our food arrived early but our other orders arrived after an hour. i was asking for water and it arrived after 20 mins, wow! my kuya's girlfriend asked a staff to bring the cake to surprise our mom buttt they went after 30 mins of waitinggg. we were all pissed. plusss! their food was not that good, it doesn't taste bad but it doesn't tastegoodas well. the onlygoodabout the place was the ambiance and the exterior. also, there's no wifi in the place.

the atmosphere here is great. it’sgoodfor dates and having some great time with your friends. i came here with my college friends and we had a great time withgoodselection of wine and their cheese pizza is really goooood! the price is $$ and i think sitting outside is better than inside. provided, it’s agoodweather outside.

however, parking here is a nightmare so prepare to park 10mins away from this restaurant. even if you come early, their parking is always full!
