matter of opinion. that's funny brian because no other place that i know of in cleveland chops up the meat into bits. i find it ludicrous that you say "we in cleveland" like you're speaking for everybody. how presumptuous of you! just because you like it, doesn't mean everyone else does. lasttimei checked this was america and everyone is entitled to their opinion. to choose someone's review and say they have a "bad palate" is juvenile and stupid. i think you need to realize the definition of a "review."

i'm not uninformed as you say i am. osh - i got your rebuttal e-mail about my review:
i think there is strong disagreement about the chopping up of the steak. see below website:
http://www.rickssteaks.com/faqs.html#whole
btw - the above link site belongs to the family that invented the cheesesteak and they have in caps that you do not chop up the meat! i think you lose this argument based on this alone but...
i've also been to philly and had many cheesesteaks so i am not uninformed as you say. your way is not the traditional way.
if you can't take the criticism, get out of the kitchen.

totally overrated. totally overrated. the philly cheesesteak was horrible. the meat was chopped into little bits...looked like mush. you couldn't even taste the meat. the onions had no taste.
the sandwich dripped with grease and was watery.
the only good part about the sandwich was the bun and cheez whiz. we're not going back.
