a fantastic place for dining, ambience,serviceand hygiene are excellent. food quality is very good. hospitality is one of the best features of this place. a must visit in nagpur. 5 star for everything.

definitely not a 5 star experience!! we went for dinner, it’s a rooftop restaurant, the feel is amazing when you get there, but the outside seating they have is not cleaned & it’s very dusty (the tables & chairs). there’s not much variety in food they serve, it’s just the normal food menu. we ordered, paneer tikka biryani, veg manchurian & honey chilli potato.

taste: 3/5
also, i noticed one thing this time, that earlier they had a good staff, which used to look after the services & were present most of the times but this time, it wasn’t the same. earlier they used to provide theserviceof wet rolled towels before the meal, but this time they lack in providing the same. so as far now i have been here for many times but the current experience wasn’t good at all. need to improve.

so my experience was very good ! i had the hot and sour soup along with veg tandoori platter ! soup was very delicious and platter also ! it was a great experience with open air space and good food andservice! and their staff was also very calmed and polite.

planned anniversary for my parents, didn't go as planned the staff is too slow theserviceis poor. not recommended it was second experience with the hotel, did not keep up to the mark.

the order came after 2 hours of ordering. they made us wait and brought wrong order to our table. we ordered malai kofta and dal makhni. malai kofta was cold and so sweet that it was unpalatable. dal makhni was too dry not rich at all. i was so disappointed because it was my mom's birthday and she did not feel special at all.
so overpriced andserviceso slow.
i would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. severely unprofessional toilet did not had water

a lot of room for improvement, theserviceis abysmal, the decor and interior is shabby and old, food is average, in all if you wish to have good times then look for anything but this place.. thankfully i missed this on a big date and visited this for a dine out.. to add on the live music makes everything further disgusting ...
credit be given where it’s due, the front office staff specially the girls are doing phenomenal job in managing the cool of angry guests, they do deserve better than this shabby place...

do not visit, rather visit gauri vrindavan, a pao bhaji joint not far away from this establishment

theservicewas very bad. ordered a day before but theservicewas so slow and the restaurant was very understaff. very poor management skills. do not recommend.

the visit was done a bit while ago but this place deserves to have a review as theservicewas more than expected & the highlight of the food was the tandoori chicken which melted in the mouth really well. 👍🏻

very bad experience, waited for more than 30 mins and basic table set up was not done- no table mats, no empty glasses nothing . even water was not served for more than 30 mins. even after asking multiple times the staff was rude and shouted back thatservicewill take time. even basic water is what was expected the least. do something with your staff and theserviceoffered. one star hotel even have basic courtesy to serve water to customers with basic table set up. never expected this kind ofservicewith worst attitude of the restaurant manager

rooftop restaurent with swimming pool and an amazing view.
theserviceis good and fast.
zomato gold is applicable only on drinks. ambience is amazing.
and the taste is what i liked the most .
