i'll try again (and did). went on a friday night. oddly, the place was not busy. there was a large buffet for $25 but i don't like food setting for an unknown period of time. service was excellent; atmosphere wonderful; foodgoodbut unremarkable.

grabbed a burger, not to shabby for the money. my guest went for the fish taco--says hmmm, good. if the weather is right, sit on the back porch over looking the river.

horrible horrible horrid service!! i was so excited to try this place out and see what this place has to offer. once we were seated at our table by the hostess, the wait staff did not say anything to us nor did they bring us water for 26 minutes. once they took our order, it took them 33 additional minutes to cook our food. so basically we waited for almost an hour from the time we arrived until the time our food was served. and the most disappointing thing about the experience is the bread on the poyboys was soggy. this is what we waited an hour for? this place is overrated,goodmarketing strategy though. don’t waste your time!

we drove in from lafayette, and this place exceeded our expectations. we had the fish and pork tacos, which were very good. the place itself has a very sophisticated decor, and a very nice outdoor patio for when the weather is nice,goodfor outdoor seating. would definitely recommend, and we will be back.

good food andgoodservice but pricey. buffet costs $25pp. i'll admit its a better than average buffet but i don't think it's worth that. the dining room is also very noisy. my wife and i couldn't hold conversation over our dinner due to the nose level. doubt we'll be going back.

what a wonderful "destination" restaurant!
we arrived early saturday evening. the restaurant was packed!
the rather small dining room gives way to a much larger more formal room (that will soon open to expand to what appears to more than double the current capacity...also added an unbelievable expansive deck over bayou fuselier).
now, on to the food.
i ordered crab cakes...i have to say...they were outstanding...even though they were a little cold.
my husband ordered a burger and fries. he said the burger wasgoodand the fries were outstanding ( fresh cut) yum!
the service was lacking and they were out of one of their featured specials at only six thirty!
though the service could be better, the overall experience will bring us back to the quaint town of arnaudville, and to this hidden gem that is being talked about all over southern louisiana!
