stay away, visit at your own risk!!!!!
on saturday april 10th i made reservations at the little big cup. my girlfriend and i were given a table outside on the lower level of the deck. within minutes both of us felt something bite us, but we dismissed it as mosquitoes. a few hours after we got home we noticed bites all over our legs and feet, and i had an allergic reaction to the bites. i had a doctor look at the bites on monday and i was informed that they were indeed chigger bites. the chiggers came up from the tall grass under the deck where our table was at. i called the little bigcupand told the manager (erin chustz) about the chiggers and that they needed to spray that area so other customers wouldn’t get bitten. my concerns not only fell on deaf ears but i was dismissed and was told that the chiggers on their property under the deck was of no concern to them since the table was outside. this is not only a health issue and a safety violation, but it also shows a lack of concern for future customers that will be seated outside on the deck. since the little bigcupdismissed my safety concerns so easily, i can only imagine the other lack of concerns they have for their customers such as cleanliness in their kitchen. i know one thing for sure; i will never visit the little bigcupagain. if you are determined to eat at an establishment that has no concern about chiggers jumping off the grass under the deck and biting customers, at least make sure they seat you inside.
