as the name suggests,this place definitely makes you lazy with its cozy ambience,yummy food and yum cocktails.it serves your cuppa needs as well as your cocktail gos.the different segment of sit outs serves all segment of people who walk in.

good place. a little over priced i felt for old manali. but good food, good sheesha, good drinks. great outdoor view. very good ambiance. it’s a must one time try for sure. happy hogging!

we made our way here just to enjoy our last meal in manali for this trip. from our earlier visit to 1947 we were really ecstatic to try out more places in manali just for the good food and service. entering here was a dissapointment.
apart from the lovely ambience by the river, this place does not serve out of the world food nor is the service any good.
our servers were never easily approachable. two of them were taking care of the big open space and both of them had an attitude not welcoming nor caring enough to listen to our feedback.

the pita bread platter - served with falafel and pita bread with three different types of humus. two of which tasted pretty similar. overall a good dish but over priced.

their white sauce pasta was good.
their thai curry gravy with rice was good only when we had to argue with the waiter to let us talk to the chef to make the gravy a lot thicker to enhance its taste.

their starters were average and the place is expensive.

this is a place to visit with your frnds if ur on your travel journey.
we went to ladakh and thght we will have one day off to have a party which prove to be perfect for all..
they serve hukka and the food quality was very good.
little on a higher side but still.worth cutting my pockets for the quality we are getting.

you just cannot visit it only once.

location itself deserves 5 stars, looking down at the beautiful river, covered with trees and lovely flowers all around

tip - if it’s too sunny outside , you should wait till the weather cools down to enjoy this place to the fullest
though they do have all arrangements to fight the sunlight (trees n umbrellas) as well as indoor seating
but lazy dog is all about enjoying the nature and not hiding away from sun

i visit this place everytime i am in manali, purely for its ambience. the food and drinks here are a tad bit expensive. also the menu isn't elaborate enough so you do not have many choices when it comes to food. if you are a first timer in manali then this place is def worth a try as it has best riverside seating.

the lazy dog is a nice place located in the by lanes of old manali. it's a quite and calm place perfect for a lazy drink in the afternoon. went here a couple of times just to grab a drink and look at the river. the staff is extremely courteous. this is also one of the cleanest places in manali according to me. the seating inside is also very comfortable. overall, great place to sit and grab a quick bite or a drink.

special note for the ambience. it is trippy beyond imagination. lights on trees, painted rocks, next to flowing river - perfect.

what a wonderful place! plenty of comfortable seating options and wonderful music. i visited on a sunny weekday and the place was practically empty. although we were only two people, the staff obliged when we asked if we could sit on one of the long wooden tables outside that were meant for 10. shaded under a canopy of leaves from the trees overhead, and with wonderful views of the river, we sat there for a good 3 hours. the avocado and chicken salad is exceptionally good, my only complaint is that there was too little of it. try the grilled trout with lemon butter sauce, it's great too. for dessert, i was feeling a little adventurous and ordered the crepes with fruit. i wasn't too impressed, and wished i had gone with my instinct and ordered something more indulgent. 
would definitely go back.

restaurant located in a beautiful location next to the river and between mountains.. a must visit for the place.. drinks are very expensive but worth it for the place.. food and service is good and nothing special..

good food, great ambience , service is also quite nice ,the only thing it's too much expensive compared to its portion size. the sheesha is ok ok.
recommended for friends & group's.

with mountains behind us, river beas flowing by our side and live music soothing our soul, me and my friends couldn’t have imagined a better ambience to dine in!
we ordered peri peri chicken, peri peri veg, cheese filled chicken cutlets, veg handi biryani, fresh rainbow trout.
each and every dish was scrumptious! the trout especially was divine! it was so full of flavours that each bite was worth it!
in drinks we ordered mango summer and their famous apple cider beer which they make from locally grown apples!
we finished our meal with choco lava cake which was heavenly!
overall it was an extremely pleasing experience dining here and it’s a must for every foodie visiting manali!

i visited this place 2 days back and ordered falafel and white sauce pasta.
crispy & delicious falalel is ❤❤.must visit place for falafel fans.

this one waiter has the audacity to tell us to never visit again because we asked him to remove the service charge. it’s our legal right to get the service charge removed and being from the hospitality industry, no one should speak in such a rude way. i strongly recommend to make sure you clear such things in the beginning and not let these idiots talk to you rudely.
