first off, excellent ambience. loved the details and the woody interior made it feel all the more cosy and warm.
i came here with my husband and while we loved the grandness of it all, our first impression wasn’t all that good. there was no one at the front desk and when we entered no one took us to a table. when we finally found the manager (?) he just us nudged us towards a table somewhere. i think that’s a bit unprofessional considering the type of restaurant he’s managing. second, the food. sadly, we must admit w’ve had better. it was all right but nothing great. maybe we didn’t order their specialty. i don’t know. also, it took so much time for the food to arrive. so, take home note, don’t visit if you’re really hungry.
