goodambience, good food but slow service , not too courteous waiters , but there is room for improvement if trained well. it’s a lovely family restaurant and one can try it out at least once .

went there for a lunch date and my experience was simply wonderful. theambienceand service were excellent. the restaurant was not overcrowded and it gave us a nice space to talk and relax.
we ordered chicken dimsums, thai grilled prawns, honey chilli chicken, egg fried rice and lemon pie. all the dishes were amazing and we couldn't have been happier with the quality and quantity. the drinks (cocktail) were good too.
leaves and weaves is my new favourite in the city and will surely visit again.

food was flavorful and well prepared.but it was over priced. i found theambiencegood but it could have been better seeing the high priced menu

food did not meet my expectations. theambienceis beautiful. location is feasible. the staffs are polite and friendly. the environment is quiet and soothing.

located in the guwahati address at zoo road, leaves and weaves offers a great dining experience... theambienceis beautiful, the staff were well mannered and professional and the food was amazing. ordered salt and pepper fish and crispy fried lamb in honey sauce.. both were delicious. the service was on point. overall it was a great experience. one of the best places to dine in guwahati.

a great place to eat in luxury style!! theambienceis terrific unlike any other restaurants in guwahati...the food menu is continental and the food we had was quite tasty, which depicts that the chef is good!! the place is expensive, but can't complain about it as theambiencemakes up for it...

theambienceof this restaurant is so calming. it instantly relaxes you the moment you enter. the interiors are very much in sync with our northeastern cultures. the greenery on the outside is such a treat to the eyes.
coming to the food - we ordered shillong noodles with chilli pork and bbq pork ribs. both the dishes were very well made. the shillong noodles made me nostalgic as i have lived my childhood in that beautiful city!
this place gives you the perfect peaceful fine dining experience. the staff is nice and courteous. the service is super quick. a little bit on the pricey side of course, but then all fine dining restaurants are. wonderful experience overall.

this place is so cool and classy. parking facility is there. the platting of the food is so decorative. insideambienceis good too. i would love to visit again.

it was nice experience..went for a dine in..theambiencewas good ,calm and music was soothing..interior was nice...now the food was only average , something they should work upon...and the oriental menu had only 3 pork items.,not much of a variety..the service is all ok..but taste was not upto the mark...

leaves & weaves is the restaurant in the hotel the guwahati address, situated in zoo tiniali. it's the sister hotel of the two famous hotels in shillong - the center point and ri-kynjai.
i happened to visit this place recently...and i must admit, as the name suggests ...the decoration andambienceof the place is very soothing and peaceful.
review-
food- they serve asian, northeastern, indian and chinese cuisine. we tried their crispy fried chicken...looks wise ... didn't look appealing...but taste was very good...it went well with beers!
tried masala kulcha and laal murgi( chicken with red spicy gravy) was very good and fulfilling.
also tried plain rice with their famous shillong smoked pork with bamboo shoots dish...it was quite good...smoked pork ...just like thats found in shillong!
cost is slightly on the higher side...but the quantity of all the items were good enough for two people! we were 3 of us...quite hungry ...we had our stomachs full with these items... couldn't even try out their desserts!
ambience- the place is beautifully decorated with natural elements, with soothing colours and plants, nice furnitures... really peaceful place to have a meal. they have a smoking zone too.
service- decent service..staff served our food quite quickly.
they have valet parking. only one thing i was concerned about is their card swiping machines were not getting proper network!( i saw this issue in some other review in zomato)... luckily i had some cash with me!
overall it's a very nice place for a peaceful meal..and to impress your near and dear ones,😀

mutton was so soft & succulent....it melts in ur mouth....after long tym had a very good mutton dish...simply awesome....prices are little bit on higher side but when the food ,ambience& service is good,it doesn't feel disappointed.

i love theambienceof the place . the service is prompt . chinese food is great, the tastes are of perfect blend ,not overpowering . interiors are minimalist ,which i love . but ,i would love to see some more additions in the ethnic section . also ,some soft music .
