poor service. the venue in general was nice, and the food was decent- when i was finally able to order. i also could notorderan alcoholic beverage from the waiting staff, and any time i wanted a drink had to walk to the bar. never seen that in my life. we also asked several times for condiments which never came. waiting staff aren't there to server your needs, not attentive at all.

k. w. pogue. we eat at the garage usually several times per month but after our experience today we may not go back. after waiting in line for 15-20 minutes, we stepped up to place ourorderand were informed that we couldn'torderuntil there was seating available.
when you walk in the door you have to walk around a sign that says "order before being seated". this is obviously just a suggestion because we witnessed several people sending their family ahead to get a table.
we have enjoyed the food but service has always been lacking and their control over seating doesn't exist.

do notorderthe fish tacos. i know this is a burger joint, but if an item is on the menu, it should be of similar quality as the burgers. good place for burgers.

not just another burger joint. i was in edmond on my lunch break and very confused on what to eat. i decided to try a burger from the garage. i walk in and find that the menu had many choices of foods, not just burgers. the bartender was very nice and handsome and made great suggestions for me to try the next time. zac did advise me as well as the manager that i could have chosen my burger to be veggie, turkey, buffalo or beef. i wished the lady that took myorderwould have explained that a little better. i like having options. i did let her know that it was my first time. what confused me was the burger with peanut butter and bacon. i think i want to keep my peanut butter for the peanut butter and jelly white bread sandwich or peanut butter and crackers and not on a hot steamy burger. iordera cheeseburger with mustard. the meat patty was well seasoned with a great char on it. i only wished that my bottom bun couldn’t have been toasted a little bit longer because from the steam of the meat, the mustard and tomatoes, the bottom bun was soggy. i will be back to try many things on the menu the next time along with the fruit beers during happy hour from 3-6pm daily.

onions and beer. fried onion burger and great bar staff. enough said? if not, go and check out some of the other items on their menu.orderat the counter, and take your seat. remember you pay your bar staff on a different tab then the front counter. i don't tip ticket takers...i tip beer bringers. decent selection of beer and friendly staff.

good food, ordering process a little to be desired. new 'garage" in edmond has great food. we visited about 2 months after they opened. fries were awesome, burgers are huge and tasty. but i must agree, the ordering process is a mess. long line, in small entry way. we felt rushed to place ourorderbecause of the 'urgency'. don't even think about asking any questions about menu selections.ordertaker / cashier was not friendly, certainly not a warm welcome. it seemed their attitude was to herd you in, hurry tell me what you want and getting a seat will be your problem.
however, with all that said, we will try it again thinking we might have just got caught up in grand opening and they have been able to address the minor short comings. the burgers are just to good not to give it another try. it has potential to be a new favorite in east edmond!

this place has great burgers but a seriously flawed ordering process. on a busy friday or saturday night, it takes way too long to wait just to place anorderand then wait again for a spot to sit. plus, there is no oversight or control and huge groups come in and cut the lines to join "friends" already in line. one cashier only to take orders makes this place too tedius. then if you want a drink from the bar, that's a seperateorderprocess and second payment process. get it together, guys.

great burgers. been passing this place since it opened and it is always packed. we went here last sunday afternoon around 4 and there was no crowd or wait to get in. the atmosphere is great. i agree that the ordering concept is very disjointed and it would be better if you could be seated, look at a menu and then order. but - the buffalo slaw burger was out of this world and the sweet potato fries were amazing. the food we tried outweighed the effort of the awkward ordering. the bar looked cool but didn't try any beer or drinks. will definitely go back and will root for them to improve the service aspect to equal the food quality. edmond needs more "non-chain" casual dining like this.

wouldn't go back. a group of women tried to go the garage to eat and visit. there were only two handicap parking spaces in the lot, a line to stand in toorder(we do that at mcdonalds) and children running around. we wanted to visit, couldn't hear ourselves think over the very loud music and left. our group wouldn't be going back. this is obviously isn't adult dinning, yet they have a bar and serve beer. we went somewhere else, had a great lunch and could hear each other talk. and we weren't run over by kids who parents turn them loose....get a grip parents, we didn't go to have to put up with your kids!

horrible. went to the garage on 12-21-12. first off we had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to order, people kept cutting in line with there friends ahead of us. finally we get up to the desk toorderand the girl taking ourordersaid "what do you want" wow okay, we would have left but i had a $25 dollar gift card that went to waste after we left. finally get our food and it was so nasty, i got the fresh baked chips and my girlfriend got the fries.....nasty. the grease was about a week old/ or older. i will never be back.

we had the buffalo burgers and they were great. they were cooked perfectly the fries were great and the sauces were great. the burgers size was great. the fries are a little smaller, but good size for one person. the only reason i mention the fries is because we shared anordercause we were used to getting overloaded on fries at other places. the staff was great there was a line but it was fast. the waitress was good. over all a good experience and we will be going back.

good food. i have been to the garage 2 different times now. once on a sunday at 2:00pm - and again on a thursday evening at 5:30. both times were completely packed and parking lot was full! the line toordermoved very fast... i think the burgers were great! fries were fresh and good - also have sweet potato fries which my husband loved. it's a nice casual place - but with the crowds there it is very loud! not a quiet atmosphere for sure - we were finding ourselves yelling at each other during conversation! overall loved the food (i think the quality and taste of the beef was actually better than johnnies)... good place.

great onionburgers and a busy place.. as of september, 2012 it was new. we went about 5 pm on a week night and it was still a good crowd. the food is mainly hamburgers and the like but they do have a pretty wide variety on the menu. you place yourorderwhen you first go in and then find a seat. the hamburgers were excellent. juicy and hot. the fries are large and two can share one order. if the food quality holds up, this place will be the hot spot in edmond for casual dining. give it a try but be prepared to wait in line at peak hours.

what ever you do notordercoffee after 10. it's a really big deal apparently because we had to ask twice and the manager ended up delivering the coffee. the service is god awful be prepared for the hostile holier than though waitress to come by once every twenty minutes. the waitresses do not know what it means to be a server. do not visit this establishment.

nice place, will try again. the good: great food, fast service, great selection of beers, nice atmosphere.

the bad: the whole ordering food in the front/sit down/ bar keep comes and takes drinkorderis way confusing. two different tabs, two different tips... just kind of a cluster.

awful. this place is a hot mess. the whole system of waiting in line and placing yourorderis too hectic. i initially called in to place a to-go order, and was told they only do to-go orders if you come in, which makes zero sense to me. so we went there, waited in line, placed theorderand waited. why was it so hard to take anorderover the phone so people don't have to wait? so we finally got the food and went home. the food was awful, literally not edible. the fries were half dry and half soggy, take your pick. the fish in the "fish and chips" was ridiculously small and so dry my husband couldn't eat them. my "egg-o-nater" was hardly edible, the bacon was soggy and the egg was overcooked. all in all, an awful experience and a waste of time and money. we will not be visiting this place ever again.
