the cavendish restaurant - bonnington jumeirah lake towers

went for lunch with my colleague for lunch, they had a buffet lunch.
the staff were alert, presentable and very courteous.
thefoodwas good, a wide variety and presented very nicely.
salads were very fresh, the main courses were a mixed variety and my fav was the dessert counter. it had a not too many and not too few desserts!
we didn't pay so i don't know the cost of the lunch buffet buy def worth a visit.

went for their iftar buffet , i felt that most of their dishes are catered for arabic cuisine , although they say it's an international cuisine . the quality of thefoodwas great and service was brilliant as well but i expected more given that it's a 5 star hotel . even the desserts was good but was lacking some stuff that you would expect to see . overall i've given it a 4 because as mentioned the service was world class andfoodwas not bad.

ramadan iftar, thefoodis nice, and well cooked. the desserts needed more variety... the thing is, for this price your expectations are really high, but i saw no difference between this iftar buffet and the ones that cost 35% less, i wasn't disappointed but you still can't help it but to comapre. thefooddeserves 4 but the value for money and in many other nearby hotels the staff make you feel more welcomed and are more attentive, made the overall rating for the overall experience for me not more than 3.

read lots of reviews of how nice thefoodwas at this restaurant so decide with another family to book and visit for iftar.

so glad i did as it was hands down one of the nicest iftar buffet i have been to. lots of different dishes to chose from for a change that all tasted so delicious.

everyone in our party couldn’t stop commenting how lovely everything was. so thank you, definitely the best iftar i’ve been to this ramadan, and i’ve been to about 5!

cavendish is the all day dining option at bonnington hotel jlt where they serve buffet for all the meals of the day. i rarely go for buffets in the morning as i don’t feel they are worth the money and sure enough, cavendish proved me right. at 125dhs a person, i was expecting a lot more then what i had. the type offoodserved at cavendish can easily be had at a 4 star hotel half it’s price. granted, some 4 stars hotels are actually 5 stars in disguise so they can very well and most likely will provide a better buffet than they one i experienced at cavendish.

i organised my son's b'day party at cavendish restaurant on 21st sep 2018. it was an excellent experience. the staff was very friendly and cooperative especially mr.mollah who overlooked everything from start till end. also thefoodwas exceptional. thanks to the chef who readily accepted thr changes in menu as we requested. happy host and happy guests.

very nice buffet, especially for iftar. it has such an intimate and cozy setting. it’s decorated beautifully. the service is amazing and everyone is so helpful and welcoming. there were lots offoodchoices and most of the things i tried were delicious and flavorful. the dessert wasn’t a big win for me because it was most chocolate desserts. i would have like to see more variations. maybe more fruit and caramel desserts.

went here for a friends birthday quite some time back. the place has valet parking else it has spinneys free parking right in front of it. the staff ranging from the service to the reception everyone was really helpful since i had lost my car keys and they left no stone unturned in helping me find it.
the setting is nice, the restaurant is located downstairs. coming to thefoodthere was a live shawarma station, live manakeesh, grills which kept getting over and there was quite a bit of waiting time before it got restocked, salads, cold mezze, limited hot mezze which again took a lot of time to get refilled, and lots and lots of potatoes. thefoodwas good no doubt but nothing that particularly stood out. it was a good deal since we had gotten the cobone/groupon voucher (i don’t remember) else i do believe there are a lot of competitors in the market that serve betterfoodand variety at that price

i don't think i'll come again,foodwasn't very tasty, and overcooked, the steak was even hard to chew.
prices are reasonable though. i expected more from a restaurant in a five stars hotel

thefoodhere looks and taste michelin star! the restaurant is bright, clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with a #smartcasual dress code.

went there for a small date and we were not disappointed...drinks andfoodwere good.. in fact staff members were really friendly and helpful.. they also suggested some drinks which were good for sore throat that they made specially for us.. ambiance and cleanliness was nicely maintained...

in my desire to have a decent eid brunch which doesn't have to offer a lavish buffet selection, my friend and i decided to go for a cheaper offer and opted cavendish in bonnington up by jumeirah lake towers. however, for what i thought would have been a less filling afternoon, i ended up completely satisfied and in fact burping and bloating.

the selection offoodat the buffet are really good. they may have less varieties at the buffet but they are made perfect to my liking. salad options are fresh, meat options will keep you coming back for more-roast beef, lamb chops, shish taouk, lamb kebab. the ouzi is seriously scrumptious and i had to control myself from eating so much of it's savory rice. the only downfall is that there is not so much of vegetable or seafood dishes for mains. the dessert section was arranged creatively with mini cakes, arabic sweet, fruits & chocolate fountain. i love how the umm ali was made as it is not soggy like how others prepares it.

staff are all friendly and even the manager is hands on assisting the guests. the restaurant is located at the lower ground level of the hotel and there's an outside seating too. a big kids room was designed at one corner of the restaurant to cater to young guests. for aed 129, this is really a very good deal.

went with my friends for iftar yesterday - 19th june, 2016. at first it looked like a decent spread but thefoodwas very average. even the sharwarma is bad. it is more of bread than filling. not worth the money they charge for iftar. we reached there by 7.30 by then the specialty fish dish is over but they didn't bother refilling it. 

overall not a very satisfying feeling !!

we had a fantastic dinner in cavendish restaurant for newly launch italian dinner menu the table decoration of the table setup and display of the wine was attractive . thefoodwas great specially beef carpaccio as a starter and for the main is risotto recommend by mr mollah with pairing with nice wine. the service was excellent with smile and positive attitude. highly recommended!!!!!!! 👏👏👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌

we had a resevertion for social dinning dinner for 4.in cavendish terrace. the location is very nice with beautiful view of jlt. thefoodwas excellent with live cooking staion. the selection of beverages are very awsume. specially the cocktail. the waiter are very smilly nd huge knowledge aboutfoodand drinks. the waiter mollah who made our night very very special. thanks mollah for ur outstanding service. great value of time nd money.
