nice place for a drink but that's about it.
thefoodis very average and i've been there a few times for lunch and never had a good meal.
the lunch special is a good price but the menu is overall overpriced for the average quality of food.
staff are friendly and the decor is nice.

loved thefoodand service. amazing steak meals and wine thanks staff were attentive and warm. really recommend especially if your from out of town like us.

my husband and i love dining there.
thefoodis so absolutely divine every time, the customer service is really great and the music and atmosphere is so classy and relaxing.

this rating is unfortunate but it's true.

the fact that i have no pictures is a key indication of how disappointed we were.

in short, this was our anniversary i had recommended this restaurant as it was one i use to frequent 10 years ago during high school, and given the ratings i believed the quality must still be the same. i was wrong.

below are our orders and reactions:
food:
1. chicken strips, they came out over cooked and dry. for the price there was only five. 1/5 stars.
2. garlic bread, they were pieces of brioche with garlic butter spread on top. 1/5 stars
3. ribs rack, dry, overcooked and chewy...highly disappointing. what was worse was it was the beginning of the service, very few people there so no excuses. and they we thought maybe they served us the old ones from lunch, so then we waited a bit and a group of high schoolers (10+ people) order, a couple got ribs and also complained that there's were dry, overcooked and chewy. 0/5 stars.
4. steak meal, id never tasted 'meat glue' before, but after researching that's exactly what it felt/tasted like. the texture didnt melt in the mouth it disintegrated. it felt like it was made for those with no teeth. not real meat = 0/5 stars.

drinks:
1. 2x chugs of corona: unfortunately, best thing we'd tasted and were not big drinkers.

2.2x chugs of pepsi: flat and disappointing.

service:
1. very pleasant and regular, they travel in pairs and are highly attentive. very pleased. 2.5/5 as they said they'd follow up ourfoodcomplaint but nothing happened.

overall: highly disappointing, would love to return but highly unlikely.

great place to dine! lovely atmosphere with great walls for ig photos 😉 thefoodwas nice and very affordable (see captions for prices). the eggs benny was nice, could have been warmer but i assume the hollandaise cooled it down. i love the generous serving of hollandaise, it was a true eggs benny! the pizza was also a great snack to have on the side. wait staff are very friendly and attentive. needs were well met. will definitely be back to try the other lunch courses! note: must have i.d.

absolutely loved this place. went here for the first time and had the roast vegetable ravioli, and it was one of the best pastas i've had by far. the sauce that they use in this dish is exceptional. affordablefoodon the menu as well and very filling.

terrible. spent lots of money on drinks andfoodand still had to pull out my credit card at the end of it all to buy a $1. box just so i could take home my left over pizza.. never again. dont look after customers

service was super friendly and quick.foodhowever was extremely average. had the chicken bacon and mushroom carbonara. the chicken was super dry and over cooked and the sauce was flavourless, and there were all of 3 slices of mushroom in amongst the pasta. bit disappointing.

the bank is always a great place to eat – lunch or dinner! it’s nice and quiet at lunch time, also with $12 lunch meals. at dinner time it starts to get a lot livelier. i wouldn’t say thefoodis anything spectacular but has good vibes and generally good value for money.

we had dinner here when we visited hamilton last time and really enjyed thefoodhere. we couldn't believe it was only $20 for a main. the vibe was also very nice. would definitely go back therr again.

went here for lunch, the service was good we were greeted inmediately.
i got the seafood chowder and also shared a salad. the wait forfoodwas short and thefooditself very flavoursome always ejoy dining here.

took my grandies for lunch.. we didn't get a very warm welcome but we're served quickly andfoodarrived in good time. we ordered pizza n fries. the pizza was typical bar type pizza but tasty enough n kids enjoyed it. we sat out back in the courtyard which was nice n breezy for a hot day. okay for bar food, noisy for a lunch time n not really my kinda place but over all grandies enjoyed their trip out for lunch and price wise okay.
