one of my favorites. i love tamales! these are some of my favorite ones to purchase until my family makes them at christmas. i had a friend visiting from helsinki who had never tried tamales so of course i took him here. they serve cafeteria style so we ordered a couple ofbarbacoatacos, a menudo, some tamales to eat right away and even a brain taco. it was all good. thebarbacoanot too greasy, flavorful menudo, hot tamales and even the brain taco had a creamy texture that was good. my friend really liked the flavors of these mexican delicacies. of course we took a couple dozen of tamales to go and off to the mercado for some shopping.
