iorder1 butter chicken and they put 3 butter chicken on bill......and to much bad service.....
and uncooked.....

pathetic manager on duty. firstly,orderwasn't complete and then baseless guy on other side for dealing the concern.

the staff has extremely bad etiquettes. theorderwas delayed by one hour despite extensive intervention by support staff of zomato.

they didn’t pick any phone and even refused to take my call through the valet.

not recommended during festivals under any circumstances.

pathetic experience. by the time we opened the veg snacks it was way too late toorderfrom anywhere.
quite a bad impact on the hosts and also the guests.
one orders from swagat to be ensured of good quality food. the price they charge for everything one expects quality of highest standards.

quite disappointing and embarrassing to be the host with such low quality food.

we do not expect from the best restaurants to be so inefficient, first theorderwas not properly packed and the items were missing, than when they promise to deliver in short time, theordercame 2 hrs late, very unprofessional, no apology was made, and the packaging was surely not professional with still use of plastic cases

food not gud and very less in quantity. never think this type of taste i get from swagath restaurant. first timeorderand really not feel gud. expensive also but that not matter if u satisfied after eating gud food
