waited for over 1 hr 20 mins for an order. on calling the restaurant, the manager paid no heed and behaved in a very rude manner. i used to be a regular customer, but no more. pathetic behaviour and just average food. thanks for nothing

biryani had no salt and no taste. paneer had no taste.also took more than one hour to prepare and deliver the order.

wrong item delivered. upon taken up with the restaurant tried to prove that item delivered neer dosa is appam . photo of item delivered and screen short of item ordered attached. very arrogant and disrespect attitude . instead of accepting mistake tried to make fool of customer.

swagath a big big name specially in tricity which claim they serve best india food but today when ordered kashmiri dum aloo i got tomato based creamy gravy along with stuffed aloos in it.first time ever had creamy stuffed dum aloos instead of the traditional kashmiri dum aloo not even close to dum aloo at all.
kashmiri dum aloo is a very popular kashmiri dish made by using fried puffed baby potatoes simmered in a yogurt based gravy flavored with dry ginger powder and fennel.but there was no yogurt fennel or anything in it expect cream or white gravy with tomatoes infact even there was no baby potatoes in it.when is spoke to them regarding the same they said that’s the way they cook dum aloo.guys pls don’t the experiment with the traditional dishes if you are doing the pls mention it in your food description.big no for their kashmiri dum aloo

their north indian dishes are good.

the chicken and the onion tomato was not mixed properly and had a very sweet taste. it was like a quick cook. not good

the chicken in the biryani was not well cooked. it was like rubber. even the quality of rice // preparation was not even average. total disappointment

the paneer was too spicy. horrible experience. i had heard a lot about food @ swagath. spoiled our dinner. pls chuck both these dishes out of your menu. you don’t know how to make these two dishes..

the best food in town. it's got a nice and quiet vibe to it, and the service is very prompt and efficient. the starters were good, the main course was superb. really loved the malabar parantha (it's a must try).

interior is just beyond amazing
food is good, we tried malai chaap,hyderabadi biryani and mango mojito. value for money . service is good
a place to visit with your family and you will have a great time !

very nice authentic south indian food place, i have been to their noida, gurugram, chandigarh elante location as well. the ambience is bit outdated compared to other places. food was good and service was alright. parking outside was easily available.

worst ordering food from here.... i ordered honey chili cauliflower and was worst i ever ate.... it was so dry that you can’t even had taste of any ingredients over it... wasted my money
