the happy hourfoodand drink specials are very good. i love the wings and nachos. beer is cold and the service can be ok at best.
stueys has excellent hd flat screen tv s. it is a great place to watch sports.

while sitting at the bar i waited 5 minutes to be served on a thursday night. the bartender never asked if i wanted to orderfoodand when i finally found a menu i was told the kitchen was closed.

food pretty good. for a rather blah interior atmosphere wise, thefoodwasn't bad. noticed most everything was spicy. i don't mind spicy but some people i know detest spicyfoodand there wasn't much for them. my black bean burger didn't mention it but it was pretty spicy.

excellent customer service. not only is thefoodamazing, but the staff is great! it's like a family, and we appreciate the fabulous service every time we visit.

my husband and i have been going to stueys for the last couple of weeks after reading all of the wonderful reviews and hearing about them from our friends. on our first trip we were greeted right away and our server was very helpful with answering all of our questions(she could even name every beer tap and describe them). she helped us pick out our appetizer and entrees. we started out with a order of their steve dip. a pepperjack queso dip. we first asked for the k-so and chips which our server suggested that was not even close to as good(appreciate the honesty). then my husband ordered a bbq burger called the bandit..i have never seen him enjoy anything more. i had the baja fish tacos with a side of spicy balls(fried pepperjack cheese balls...yum) everything was amazing! we have been back many times since and everytime is just as wonderful. great patio great service. although every employee is knowledgable and friend, my husband and i both agree that we get excited when kate takes our table because she is always consistent friendly and spot on with everything. stueys is the place to be for everything.fooddrinks and a wondeful night life scene. i am positive they will be around forever and ever.

sports and good food. believe it or not, it's hard to find a good combination of sports bar with goodfoodin lee's summit. stuey's has plenty of flat screens and lots of bar seating for watching games. they also have a great menu. try to tacos (fish and chicken are great) or the wings.

also, fantastic patio out back for those warm days when you need a pint and a patio. :)

thefoodis great! i had the buffalo chicken tacos, my husband had the big bob's patty melt. very flavorful and filling. we'll definitely be back!

love it! best place in lee's summit. thefoodis wonderful. everything i have had was fantastic. fried pickles, and spicy balls are my favorite. the southwest salad, and the southwest blt are great. the burgers are messy and delicious, and the tacos wonderful. the staff is extremely helpful, and the patio is very nice in the summer time.

above average pub fare. i don't often dine in lee's summit but i made an exception for mcbrews after seeing some of the photos on urbanspoon. my wife and i went on a friday evening, during happy hour, and had to sit at the bar. we ordered the fried pickles and onion rings for starters. both were excellent, not greasy (as far as friedfoodgoes) and the dipping sauce with the onion rings was quite good. for entrees we ordered the bandit burger, it had bbq sauce, cheddar, bacon, ham and an onion ring. it was messy, not a bad thing, and the combination of the ham and bacon was a delight to a true pork lover. my wife ordered the tequila lime chicken tacos, which she enjoyed but i was less enthused (i was in the mood for burgers). the fries and 'spicy balls' that came as sides with our entrees were generous portions and were above average taste-wise. over the course of our meal we were never left wanting for drinks (a positive of sitting at the bar) and the bar staff was very friendly and helpful. our bill was a little high for pub food, but that was mostly as a result of quick adult-beverage service (i had a dd) and i still felt our bill was quite reasonable when compared to other establishments down in the city.

best in ls. there is an obvious passion behind thefoodat stueys. all who are a part of this team from the owners to the bar backs care about the satisfaction of the customer and is shows. thefoodis great and the choices are many. i've only made a dent in the menu after more than a year and it's all good.

we have been eating there for a long time now. not only some of the nicest owners but the bestfoodaround. not you're typical bar food. i didn't even know i liked fish tacos. now i crave them. i really think they have the best philly around. wife gets tacos i get philly and we trade halfway. also they have one of the best patio bars. can't wait til summer.

lives up to the reviews!. finally a place you can go and get amazing food! i hate going to a place and getting something that is lame/lifeless or something that i can make better at home. i kept hearing about how terrific stuey's was and i dropped in for dinner. the decor doesn't do thefoodjustice, but don't be put off by it. the service was prompt and attentive, which is my first indication if i will return to an establishment regardless of the food. we had the fried pickles (which i try at every place that has them as i consider myself the fried pickle guru in my neck of the woods) they were the best i have every had. also tried the spicy balls *blush* and followed that up with the fish tacos, which also deserve a nod. i can't wait to visit stuey mcbrews again and give other menu wares a try!
