excellent food. excellent service.  upstairs restaurant near the main drag of kailua kona near the sea wall.  parking can be limited near the place, but there are several lots close by.  greatplacefor live music.  relaxed and casual ambiance.  server fully accommodated my food allergies to dairy and gluten.  very happy!

this is the onlyplacei have eaten huevos rancheros out of mexico which are so gooood!

i was really looking forward to returning to splashers but i was so dissappointed. at one time it was an inventive funkyplacebut it appears to have gone corporate. so it went from great to average.

very nice!. a great little lunchplacewith a great view of the ocean. good breeze going through the upper level. a good start to the afternoon touring the area.

the only reason thisplacestays busy is the location. they have great servers but the menu is not great and i accidentally got a view of the kitchen.. horrible!

fish tacos. thisplaceis so booty. i raged on the fish tacos and was like "whapap!" these are the two best fish tacos i've ever eaten. *get them w/ the avocado ...if the fish tacos weren't enough already, they offer waffle fries. best..place..ever.

splashtastic!!!. this is my first urbanspoon review for my trip to hawaii, and i wanted to review the restaurants i went to by best to worst. thisplacewas the best! i was staying across the street because the restaurant is right next to one of the only beaches in kona... hard to believe but it's true. had breakfast there four out of the five days i was in hawaii and let me tell you... these guys can cook! i'm talking breakfast burritos that could feed an army. and oh my god... i almost forgot, you got to get the crab cakes... divine! the service was great too and the owners are always walking around meeting people, so it's pretty friendly. oh and if you go for dinner... prime rib!!!! omg, soooo good!

smokers. this is a beautiful location right on alii drive. a spectacular view of the ocean. my family and i were driven out of thisplacebecause of all of the cigarette smoke. we didn't bother to take our food because it wasn't very nice. free coffee was the only plus for this one.

must go!!. bestplacein kona. i travel there for work, and have been to most of the restaurants. now i typically just eat there. stuffed french toast is amazing. or fish and eggs if you want healthier. fish tacos that aren't deep fried and and incredible salad dressings. great views as well.

great breakfasts. we made it a point to try and enjoy splashers grill multiple times. initially we went there enjoying ourselves and the great food but after trying other places the following days, made it a point to quit screwing around and go back and make it our morning breakfast.
the morning specialties breakfasts were very good, unique, substantial portions, served rapidly, and were reasonably priced.
again, the specialty items both on and off the menu were very good. theplaceis very well worth the time.

great burger, huge portions, don't just drive by!. i didn't know what to expect walking in, but i was really pleased with the immediate friendly service and awesome view of the ocean! the portions were huge and the burgers were super good. absolutely would recommend thisplaceto anyone who's super hungry and looking for a great burger!

we're pretty much regulars here. a greatplacefor eggs benies and bloodies in kona. for lunch, try the "sing me the blues" burger with waffle fries--burger with blue cheese, jalapenos, and bacon. huge portions, great service, and great view of kona bay, right on ali'i drive.

very good burgers and huge portions. they also have great local beers on draught, not just the standard kona longboard and budweiser like every otherplacein hawaii.
