not what it once was. quality is on the slide. ordered up the quinoa salad today. have ordered it at least a dozen times over the last couple years. half the usual ingredients and one bite in it’s occurring to me there is zero quinoa. also, zero communication between servers, kitchen, expediters. and management. asked four times to let me pay my bill and go. had to wait about 5 minutes while manager got around to come talk to me with bill in hand. did not ask for manager. did not ask the salad be taken off the bill. when a restaurant attempts to placate me as a customer when i don’t ask my assumption is they have no intent to take me or my comments seriously. what’s to discuss? the kitchen can’t figure out how to put quinoa on a quinoa salad, the expediters don’t check the dish or challenge the kitchen on quality, servers won’t let you just pay the bill and go, and the manager acts like the customer is the problem. the roadhouse used to be the best restaurant in the group. is it going down the same path as sack’s???
