soy soi - ticked off from my panasianlist!! we had wholesome experience here.
the management noticed us prior that minimum time to prepare dish will be 20-25 min.
what we tried ?
chicken baos- the hyped and must try here as suggessted by many. this actually lived upto the expectation. the baos were super soft and fluffy.
spinach dimsum and chicken wonton- both the dimsums were good and tasted really well.
pad thai - well presented and cooked extremely well. the portion was sufficient for 2 people with decent amount of meat chunks.
gai phad prik - this was delicious with tendor meat. the spicy level was mid similair to chilli chicken starter.
satay gai - this was disaster!! the chicken size were small and kept in pieces! it was garnished with lemon so the flavour was quite tangy!
sushi- maki was awesome here. they served 8 pcs. we ordered crispy salmon, chicken katsu and tempura maki.
nasi goreng - served with prawn crackers, chicken wings and prawn skewers. this was super tasty and appreciated for the quantity they provide.
for desserts - the signature soy soi sphere and japanese cheesecake. the japanese cheesecake was recommended here. i didn’t find these exciting but my friends loved it.
the food was well presented, good portion size and staffs were super cool.
note: excellent service with 600 plus as charge. it was nearly 10% off the total bill.
the flavours are perfectly balanced and ambience was great as well. overall good place to try panasianfood but not the best !
