awful. the food was terrible. the service was worse. even the bloody mary was bad. once we were sat our server dropped off three menus for four people, we asked for another and never received it. she dropped off plates and napkins 10 min later and still hadn't taken our drink order. she forgot to bring us straws, even though we asked several times and eventually got them from another server. it took more than a half hour to get our appetizers (cheese dip and fried pickles) the dips were awful, the fried pickles were the only edible thing out of our order. about 45 minutes and we still had not received our order. we asked to tab out and she took the card. a manager came out and apologized and assured us our food would be out next. we said ok, we still wanted the food but we did need to tab out still. when our food finally arrived the order was incorrect. we were missing salad dressing, an order of fries and gravy. the chicken tenders were nuggets, and thee fries wit them were soaked in grease and it looked like the salt lid fell off when they were salted. the burger was disgusting. i'm not sure if the meat had gone bad or what but i spit it out. the server finally returned with our card but not receipt or anything. we refused to eat any of that garbage and asked to pay for our drinks and apps. the manager comped off everything but the drinks, which was appreciated but he was not apologetic, and seemed pretty angry. we spent two hours in there to go to jack in the box for lunch. just passing through, but i can promise we will never eat at any snuffers again. awful.

food was very good but would of been better if my order was correctly made but that's what i get for getting it to go!!!

best view in town... not the best burger but i go sometimes for their terrace view.. :)

better get to the shopping center early as this area is busy! as a sports themed bar/pub there are plenty of televisions which is great as you don't have to worry where they seat you, you'll have a good view no matter what. 
i went with the solid bacon cheeseburger option. the burger used a poppy seed bun which actually has a different flavor believe it or not than your standard sesame seed or plain white. they use a sharp cheddar cheese which i love as it stands out against the harder flavors of the beef and bacon. speaking of beef and bacon, beef patty cooked medium and ooozing in the best way with delicious fat and of course thick cut peppered bacon......can't go wrong with that combo. 
decent beer selection featuring a number of local microbrews, that went well with the burger. 
service was slightly slow but in their defense they were slammed so can't fault them for that. 
ambiance was loud, crowded, and enthusiastic......perfect it's a friggin sports bar and basketball playoffs were on, exactly what you want and expect from a sports bar worth anything.
overall good sports bar experience.

this snuffers sucked. cheese fries only half cooked, ordered loaded and got small cups of toppings. no kids menus offered.

always try out the cheddar fries, and get them fully loaded!  great place to eat and great beers on tap! be sure to arrive early, because parking is shared with the neighboring restaurant and fills up.

i came with a big group and because it was a slow night, we we're sat immediately. our waitress was friendly and we split their loaded cheese fries, which were fantastic! i had their burger of the month- the farmhouse burger. it had cheese, ham, bacon, hash browns, and an egg on a poppyseed bun. absolutely delicious, albeit incredibly messy. prices tended to be $6-8 per burger. i would recommend if you're looking for a good burger for a decent price.

it was a family film & food night so we swung by after the flick. we've driven by it for years without ever giving it a try so tonight was the night. we share cheese fires followed by burgers and nachos. the food was really good as well as the service, we see a return visit in the future. enjoy!

this is a dallas classic. they have some of the best cheese fries around. their burgers are pretty awesome too. we also enjoy their fried mushroom. i recommend!

snuffers is another dallas original but luckily, the franchise hasn't ruined it's purpose - having a small menu and make every item really, really good. why be mediocre at lots of things when you can be the master of 5? like cheesefries. it just so happened to be hatch chili month so i added those bad boys to them and went to town. you never get a fry or layer without cheese, which is not something most places can say. the bleu cheese burger was also delicious with both crumbles and dressing. many napkins, 2 american mules and a happy belly later, i skipped away feeling rejuvenated and content with my life choices. all thanks to snuffers.

don't waste your time. horrible customer service here.. this restaurant is horrible and pat snuffer should be ashamed to be associated with this branch. i can't believe the treatment me and my party of 4 received from the staff here. we arrived at 7:45 and were told that it would be 15 minutes til we get seated. 30 minutes later, we are still waiting as three different families of 8 and 10, who arrived 20 minutes after we did, are seats before us. then when we ask what the hell the deal is, the front door boy tells us that we're up next. so we wait another 20 minutes as they seat two more families of 6 as they walk in the door. we approach the host and he just looks at us as if he didn't understand a word we were saying. i will never return to this horrible place. go to the one in addison.

hey, what's this in my burger?. hadn't eaten at snuffer's in quite some time, but for some reason decided to stop in. had my daughters with me and they love the cheese fries, which were very tasty. unfortunately, when my burger arrived it was another story. on my second or third bite of the burger it became clear that something wasn't right. as i chewed something hard and pointy was poking my tongue, i stopped chewing (of course) and to my surprise i spat out a......chicken bone! yeah, a chicken rib bone was embedded in the burger. i notified our server who had no idea what to do as i suggested that she send over a manager. the manager arrived and was dumbfounded at what i showed him. he mentioned something about their meat supplier, yada, yada, yada. he asked if i would like something else and i politely declined. when the bill came, they were kind enough not to charge us for the burger, however they did charge us for the chicken strips, cheese fries and drinks. (if i had been the manager the tab would have been comped in total which would probably kept the diner from writing a review for others to see on the interwebs, oh well) needless to say, we will not be back to snuffers in rockwall...

previous feelings of snuffer’s sadness are now a part of the past. the snuffer’s in addison proved me wrong– wrong– wrong. we actually knew who our server was at this location. raise the roof. our table did not resemble the eye of a plate-hurricane touching down. everything was clean with perfect service being provided. even better than not having a hair on my app plate was the veggie burger. it was so good i had no choice but to make uncontrollable good noises during certain bites. this is the best way to eat! my plastic basket paper was scraped com

awesome cheddar fries!

i have been a loyal fan of snuffer's for almost 20 years, but now i am officially done! my family and i (including our young daughter) went to the rockwall location tonight. we weren't greeted by any staff for 10 minutes after we sat down (even then, it wasn't our waiter who greeted us). then, our waiter finally came to take our appetizer order and disappeared for 20 more minutes. after many unsuccessful attempts by us to flag him down, he finally took our meal order 30 minutes into our visit. even after we complained to him about the service, he still checked in on us only minimally and refilled our drinks only once after we, once again, flagged him down and requested refills. after an hour and 5 minutes, we finally just asked them to cancel our orders so that we could pay for what we had and leave. all of a sudden, our food magically appeared before us. imagine that! however, my salad lacked most of the toppings i know it comes with and didn't come with the ranch dressing i ordered. did i mention that my order was just a soup and salad, my husband's was a sandwich, and my daughter's was mini corn dogs that i'm sure they just throw in the microwave? why on earth would that take over 30 minutes to cook? the restaurant was not crowded at all. thankfully for us, the manager did comp our meal. we hightailed it out of there as quickly as possible and will never return!
