excellent brisket. as an out of towner, i looked at online sites and asked people at the workshop i was taking where to go. smokey' swans on the list, and it was fantastic! had the choppedbeef(brisket) sand which. toasted bun, bean and meat were all excellent. the sauce is different, sweet but with a pretty strong vinegar bite to it. i really liked it, but it is a bit different. friendly service. looks kind of like a five, but it's absolutely worth the stop.
