i don’t have many regrets in life, but eating brunch at simon is one of them. it was quite possibly one of the biggest wastes of money i’ve ever spent at a restaurant. mediocrefoodalong with mediocre service made for a poor dining experience at a place know for brunch. it’s a combination of buffet style, where you get your ownfoodat a buffet line, and butler style, where you place an order with your server and they bring the order to you. the easter brunch i went to consisted of average paninis, sushi that was the equivalent of that found at the local grocery store, bruschetta, crepes, pastries and cereal. of the higher-end items served butler style, the french toast with its crispy exterior was the best. less than stellar items included the lobster havarti benedict that was sorely lacking any lobster. i could only find a couple specs of crustacean between the bread base of the benedict. continuing the disappointment were the dry ribs and even dryer jalapeno cornbread. the kid’s pa

awesome anniversary. we had a wonderful anniversary dinner at simon. the staff was amazing and thefoodincredible. the mac and cheese is to die for. the desert (pictured by another user) is as good as it looks. we were not rushed at all, spending nearly 2 hours at our table. ask for kenny as your waiter.

love brunch!!. met with a bunch of friends and took my daughter to sunday brunch. we wore our pj's and slippers of course, who wouldn't love that already?! we had great food...super good sushi..all the mimosa's we could handle (and then some) the kids loved the nutella/banana crepe's & of course the junkfoodplate at the end. i had the lobster benedict but wasn't a huge fan..it was just kind of mediocre. the fresh pressed veggie panini was delish. over all great fun will definitely go back!

we had brunch here this a.m. thefoodwas delicious and the buffet/menu style was unique and interesting. the breakfast pizza, lobster benedict, crispy rice tuna sushi, and dessert tray were great. while i thoroughly enjoyed the brunch, it is pricey and i'm not sure i'd go back. i do recommend trying it once though.

best locals restaurant. the staff is amazing. thefoodamazing. the atmosphere yep amazing.

off the beaten path. when i say "off the beaten path", i mean, if you can find the food, you may have the food. after the challenge of locating this restaurant, we've had some fantastic lunches here. best of all, chef simon was present in his restaurant (somewhat of a novelty in the vegas "celebrity chef" spaces). the atmosphere is hip, thefoodis creative, and the servers are excellent. highly recommended! try the fish tacos!
