spendy. why pay 30$ on a meal when you can drive 2 miles into midtown and get the exact same food for 10$?? this place is expensiveeeee and they dont even use high quality ingredients. tryna be all fancy on me by making little designs with my mashed potatoes. like hell naw. its not even that good

sunday brunch. waste of money....the service was so so, the eggs benedict was over cooked and for it being simon & seafort's and the price it should have been spot on. the coffee had grinds in it on the first cup, requested a fresh cup, we got the coffee but had to wait for some time for the server to bring it. maybe they should have a floater on the floor offer refills on coffee as they do on the water...ijs

worst service i've had in a long time. appetizers were cold, then they 9ffered to heat it up and it took 45min to get it back. it took a total of an hour for our meal and the waitress saw us 3 times in the 2hours we were there. i would never recommend this 0lace to anyone

open-faced crab sandwich was very fishy. friend's clam chowder was fishy as well. told waiter and he did nothing. very bummed. come here a couple tomes a year. very disappointed.

one of my favorite places for a nice dinner with spouse. i love the view at sunset. good drinks! food is above average but not over the top good. service is professional and friendly. just an all around nice atmosphere to dine in and bring friends and family.

3rd time! charm?? nott!!. after horrible food prep the third time during "brunch" i'm done !!
server was great. sunday morning smells like dirty mop water. :( sad because the menu looks great and the view of the inlet is priceless. morning staff has no regard for patrons while conversing about work issues. :(

was really looking forward to the halibut cheeks and french onion soup and couldn't have been more disappointed. cheeks were so salty and dry they had to throw an entire batch out and the soup was delivered without broth. for a restaurant that is said to be a local favorite it delivered like a disappointing chain restaurant. very sad and certain we won't ever be back.

get the halibut cheeks! when i first moved to alaska, some of my alaskan friends invited us out (their treat) to simon and seafort's. the waiter recommended the halibut cheeks. i thought that sounded weird, but tried it anyway. wow! it was amazing, and now halibut is my favorite fish. sorry salmon, you're second now).

steak and potatoes. i had some sort of steak (can't remember what cut) but it was cooked to perfection and seasoned very well. the sides were awesome. well balanced and some of the better food i've had in anchorage. my boyfriends salmon was perfectly cooked.

went there for brunch. it was not worth it. for the price and the fact they were not busy the entree/ potatoes should have been at least warm. the latte was at best lukewarm. huge disappointment. don't bother going for brunch!

this is the best place to go for an after work drink and appetizer! the happy hour menu has great drinks and the view is great

while the prices are high, the food is very good. our service was exceptional. a very solid choice.
