look to reduce the oil/ghee content in food a little bit without compromising on the good taste of your food🙂👍

for ghee rice, it was too much oil/ghee at the bottom of the cup. it was really too much. for panner tikka masala gravy, panner was very soft and nice but flavors were missing.
