seasons - radisson blu

i have visited seasons on sunday night for dinner with my family. i went for ala carte but when i looked at the buffet, it was really appealing and got all my favorite dishes on it so i had opted for it. it was a great experience for me and my family. the food was delicious, theservicewas really great, the staff was polite and very helpful, there were so many food varieties and you want to try all.

the appetizers were good especially achari fish tikka, corn tikki, chicken lollipop were my favorites

in main course, i tried paneer tikka masala, madras fish curry, chicken curry, and dal makhni. i must say all were so delicious 😋

in desserts, it was whole lot of varieties and i almost tried all (red velvet cake, caremal custard, caremal cake, bread pudding, raspberry souffle, chocolate cake, black forrest, balushai, stuffed jamun and what not.)

adding to it, i was looking to have a beer and i got an amazing offer of 1+1 on corona beer which made it complete for me.

the quality ofservicein this property is fantastic. the food is exceptional. what makes it great is that they tweak the food to your taste.

served the main course befor the starter , starter wasnt great , pasta was good though !servicepupil are not experienced .

the place and ambience is good! but the spread needs a lot improvement and also the taste! need more varieties in buffet!servicewas good as always

let me break the 4 star for the sunday brunch rating down.
i gave 4 stars for theservice- the number on the website and the app didn’t work. found one number on the net - called and found that this was the executive chef. he had nothing to do with reservations but he made sure the right person called back and reserved the table.
4 stars too for the in-houseservice- from the welcome to the large group to the on tableservice- quite personal and nothing intrusive. everyone’s needs were taken care of.
4 stars for the ambience as well. no noise. no unwanted music. not much of a crowd.
but 3 stars for the food - in bangalore i think we are used to bigger spreads. there was only one live counter - chaats. also the liquid is limited - only 3 drinks per person in addition to the welcome drink. the problem is that i cannot put my finger on anyone outstanding dish. having said that the dessert table was full. so while the occasion will be remembered, the food may not find future mention.
guess we’ll give it one more try after a few months, during our next visit to coimbatore.

had an opportunity to catch the breakfast menu during my stay in the hotel.. the choice of menu with a mix of south and continental was great.. loved the ambience andservicewith a good taste of food..

i was very happy with dservice.. i went with ma friends for the lunch buffet .. it was very nice to eat the dishes .. the dishes was only 35 but the taste was really osm .. they provide live counters for naan roti & lucha .. lucha is lyk wheat parotta but they r very nyc😋 desserts are chanceless😋😋 every dessert is very gud..

theservicewas very slow. there were only 2 servers and they were unable to pay attention to all the tables. i had to wait around 30 minutes for drinks. as far as food is concerned it was pretty average. there were only 2 starters which were not upto the mark. most of the time food which was served was not hot. so overall, not a good experience. will not go again.
