the staff, owner and atmosphere are all incredible here. the food is beyond any good review possible. it was simply outstanding. you cannot go to niagarafallsand not eat here. i can't possibly say enough good about this restaurant. the steak absolutely destroys the keg or anywhere else in niagara and i've been to almost every high end place for dinner. i found the pricing to be very good for what you're getting in return also. i will be back here again and again

went to sandstone tonight for the first time. all of the staff were extremely friendly and the service was nothing short of 5 star quality. the best part, however, was the food. the calamari was cooked perfectly and meat on the lambshank fell off with the slightest touch of the fork. if we lived in niagarafallsthis would definitely be our go to restaurant.

i understand that niagarafallsis mostly a tourist trap, so i relied on my fellow urban spooners to point me towards something decent...this time you let me down.
this place does not deserve the 85% rating it has on here.
the food is on the bland bland side of ordinary. the ribs boiled beyond succulent into a sea of dryness.
the fresh produce from the surrounding farms i guess would be an opportunity for a talented chef to put the local values on the table, yet this place drenches everything in stale cheese and sugary bbq sauce.
everyone here complains about the service in x and y restaurant, but who even cares about the service if the food is not yummy.
the service was actually ok. patio was nice too.

family reunion. sandstone grillhouse helped to make our 19 person family reunion in niagarafallsenjoyable. excellent food, service and wine. hosts and hostesses were friendly but professional. every person in our group, ages 2-80, were pleased with their meal. thank you sandstone staff.

we booked a group of 13 and they were great! our group was visiting niagarafallsfor the weekend and this was just a random place that was close to our hotel. i'm so glad we chose this place. they had live music, great food, and great service. the place isn't huge but it fits us very comfortably with room for another big group and other tables. we went on a friday night and it was packed. make sure to make a reservation if you want a table!

nice atmosphere, attentive staff. my parents, partner and i went here this past weekend on our first night of our niagarafallstrip. we were seated immediately, no lines. the atmosphere was nice, lovely music being played by a small band. they had a deal on bottles of wine, we ordered a pinot noir (wish i could remember the brand as it was really good) for $25! they had several dinner specials on: my partner and mom shared one that included pork tenderloin, chicken, potatoes and roasted vegetables for $45. both said it was delicious. my dad ordered a steak and said it was one of the best he's had in a long time. i ordered pasta and it too was very good. all in all, this was by far the best restaurant we visited on our niagarafallstrip.
